  • In this video, Naruschka Henriques, Head of Cosmetic Dermatology at the botonics Plastic Surgery Group, consults and treats Kate with a non-surgical nose job.
Kate is an actress who has long been concerned about her nose from various angles. She hates having her profile photos taken because of her bump (dorsal hump) and hates how her nose is 'wonky' from the front (i.e. tip deviates to the right 5mm).
Kate's sister had a bad experience with a rhinoplasty surgery, so she's keen to improve her nose without undergoing the 'savagery' of surgery. She's realistic about what changes are possible non-surgically, but Naruschka points out that in fact quite a dramatic improvement is possible. Kate wants a subtle change and one that won't be obvious to her friends or family. They discuss the risks and recovery, the type of filler that will be used, how much dermal filler will be needed, how long it will last, what affects duration and the do's and don'ts following treatment.
We see Kate's reaction when we reveal her new nose to her, and she says it is exactly what she wanted!
We see Kate's two week follow up and she explains how her recovery went and how her friends and family reacted to her treatment.
