Unfun fact, the addon that's used to calculate physics in this video doesn't support pausing. If the calculation ended and you want to extend the video time, all the calculations done previously needs to be run again

i work in this field. it would take days to bake an hour of simulation, as thats 108000 frames @ 30fps. every particle, which looks like 1000 particles, would need to be calculated on every second. this would suck to simulate.

Just take a video of the simulation, and then put it on loop. Take one short video of the simulation and then loop it seperately
