This winter season has been so bad illness wise. Most of my friends have been sick for weeks on end with everything under the sun: Covid, ear infections, strep, flu, rsv, high fevers, etc. I’m currently home with Covid myself after being sick for most of the past month. Be gentle on yourself, and I will definitely be using this video to motivate me to do a little cleaning and organizing myself today!

As an older mom, you need to let yourself rest when you're sick. Do what NEEDS to be done (like caring for the kids, feeding them, etc) and let everything else sit. You're not doing anyone any favors by remaining sick cause you haven't rested. Cleaning the couch isn't at the top of the priority list.
I do care for my kids 🙂 I wanted to clean the sofa while my kids were at school for 5 minutes…so that’s what I did 🙂
Try vitamin c and zinc tablets dissolve in water. And vitamin d tablets.
