I have too much guilt in me of appreciating the bands you show me and the quality you give to not donate some hard earned cash. Thank you so much for everything you do Audiotree. You are the leader in live steam underground music videos. Please don't ever stop.
NO JOKE!! these dudes live it. Saw them on that converge/neurosis tour and spoke with them. They are very sincere and that passion they bring transcends the music they make. highly underrated band.
@@joshhidalgo2588 My band's first show was opening for them, and they were such sincere people with a palpable sense of creative intensity in the room.

Caught them in Denver didn't realize they were only with Converge for 5 days, got lucky. Hung out with them a but before the show, very nice guys. Very humble and cool. Loved the "pay what you want" merch model, awesome idea.
The quality of their live performance is simply impressive - the singing is really out of the ordinary for hardcore music in which screaming is often fragmentary, inaccurate and chaotic because of the restlessness. Remarkable. Thumbs up!
@@constantk8780 yeah agree. I’ve had this debate about birds in row for a long time. It gets close sometimes, but it isn’t skramz. To say nothing of the production that genre almost always adheres too - this falls more in with post-punk/post-hardcore label. It’s a really broad label to put on it, but that’s kind of the point. It’s all encompassing.
Quentin Sauvé is a sick bass player / vocalist / guitarist / songwriter, and Birds In Row are just that much better for having him. Although, I still prefer AS WE DRAW. The french hardcore scene is sick.
I have only seen As We Draw once and didn't think they matched up as well as Birds In Row. That goes for records and live shows. I do concur about French music though - they have some great great bands.
can you recommend more french hardcore bands? I know the neighbouring Belgian scene is sick as well but not heard much french bands please do recommend

saw them 2 days ago at bootleg, incredible live show, so explosive. Very humble guys too and you aint kiddin about their diy ethics, they dont even have a merch guy. Quentin Sauve the bassist's solo is a must to hear too
Been listening to this amazing band since they came out. I’m weird and dumb and never really look too deep into info on bands and members and stuff. I seriously just assumed they were a 5 piece. I can’t fucking believe they’re a 3 piece and now I’m gonna be less dumb and weird and start actually looking into the bands that I like to listen to. The ultimate power trio. So impressive
Proud owner of that sweet beat to shit orange in the back. Thank you guys and thanks to POG who I believe was on tour with them at this time and provided the cab
Great band, they sound amazing! Love & support the whole DIY-ethics and always will. Kind of ironic that DIY-based bands talk a lot about money, bills etc. in interviews.
They are so fucking sick! I fell in love with their sound when I found them on Spotify a month or so ago and was upset they were touring a few days with converge but not in California which sucks, but I hope to catch them soon!
There is something about Audiotree thats it makes me want to smoke dabs and enjoy the videos. Especially this one. The sounds and the atmosphere really do it for me.

Yeah, its deff leaning on the more screamo side of things. I miss bands like City of Caterpillar..
This is like a mix of death metal and hardcore punk kinda reminds me of a deaf heaven but more open and less doomy
Ryan Glacier Deafheaven is black metal and shoegaze, my man. this is screamo.
@@willmatthews4708 screamo? Thats a term boomers used for Hawthorne Heights circa 2008.

Never heard someone make a rickenbacker sound so freakin heavy
it's crazy how good his guitar tone is. it's heavy and clean at the same time, the bass has a lot to do with it but still, damn
Fugazi
@@misanthropicgodband6773 fugazi is one of my all time favourite bands, but it's not even close to be as heavy as those guys

Fantastic band. Saw them live a few years ago in Glasgow, it was brilliant.
Amazing band, great and humble human beings.
A nearly DSBM scream on post hardcore sound. Sound great. Proud of Laval, France 🇫🇷
More like skramz
there is a bit of crossover between black metal and screamo/post-hardcore/etc in France with bands like Celeste, Plebeian Grandstand and their ilk
Amazing recording. Record quality. These guys are as genuine as it gets. Really nice in person too which is rare for touring bands.
Greatest most awesome band I've seen live yet. So glad I found this band
Phenomenal basswork. Tight!

Love the jumpy grooving drums so much!
Of course the band is French! One of my all time favourite screamo bands are French - Daitro. SO effing good.
Remind me to Gospel. Such a great and underrated band.
