You probably didn't link the right wallet or didn't link properly on the Satoshi App

@@TokunboAdebowale I added the contract address to it manually and it generate the Decimal points and the remaining automatically, then I copy the receive address and added it on Satoshi
But please what is the posible solución to those of us that our own oex point from satoshi point is not showing.please
