A poodle whines in the morning. Painful ears.

Scaly ears. Groomed once a month but now whines in the morning. Unusual. Pain in the left ear. Neck skin and ear are itchy. Back flank also hairless.
Isoflurane gas anaesthesia. Ear hairs plucked and ear canal irrigation done.
