It's something like 175nm. This is not shown well in this video He is tightening and spinning the hub then backing it off and checking again. This is what you would do with old taper roller bearings where the nut seats the bearings and is secured with a split pin. On these they are simply done up tight.

Skoda Fabia 6Y2 wheel bearing Hub Tighten it to 175 nm torque. The wheel bearing unit must not tilt on the axle pin.
