I would like to hear from Indian citizens and what they think about working at Amazon in India. How is the job? What are your thoughts? Are they good employers? I only say this because here in the U.S. Amazon workers is dominated by young people and a lot of them complain so much about the warehouse work.

Bro the job is only good on a temporary basis, repeating the same process every day in a close environment some people may like it some don't. For me i would say it's better then the other logistic company as Amazon really does focuses on safety and it's pretty hygienic as well, as on other side even we people have rates which one have to achieve which really sucks. About the employees people are really of good behavior and even if they are not they have too and as it goes yes young people do dominate in most of the FC.

How about at your place I have check out some videos about the FC in US and Germany you people are literally surrounded by robots and machine how does that feel cause over here in India the process of picking and showing is done by physically going to each specific location.

I’m an indian working in amazon’s other site called CEVA LOGISTICS. Here our work is also physical and hard. Have to repeat 🔁 same task everyday. I was stower and receiver in inbound but now I’m in outbound as picker and mare more roles. Enjoy

By standing, it is more easy, active and fast movement of body to do work.
Well, at dubai fc also same

Workers in Dubai are treated like animals just like in the US. This comparison does not help your argument. Lol.

If only we didn't have labour laws it would have been a lot higher as some of India's business men think.

In dubai fc, 8 hours plus 1 hour break.
If we have overtime then 2 more hours total 10 hours😊
