Love the use of the white board. More coaches need detailed practice plans to ensure they don't waste time during training. I am going to try to post some full training session this spring with my high school team. Great stuff!
In high school I’m gonna sign up for soccer so I want to know tips before hand so I know what to do at home and have my body prepared for practice so it’s used to how much energy I’m gonna use and stuff. Also so I won’t be rusty on the first practice 🙄
At 1:35 the coach turns into the player with the ball in a game , he would be at major risk of loosing the ball , it should have been a left foot turn away from the player and pass with right foot whereby keeping his body between the opponent and the ball , by showing the ball to the opponent he has made it a 50 50,

Yeah! When I was a schoolgirl in my home country, I did not have this kind of training. We were just made to play sports without learning it properly.
Not once have I thought, "You know what I need as a player? A white board to explain to me how to kick a ball."
