Nice flow... workout conveys ballistic parallels between Kettlebell Training & BJJ. But Don't forget Turkish Getups! I've done 30 minutes Nonstop with 55-60 lbs and it hits everything
@@MiggsMultiple bro, dude's name is Kettlebell Ken - just go to his channel, it's literally all about Kettlebells. lol - a click away and you're asking this
😂 this workout is hardcore. Just be careful with the holding the bell in your palms move. Can put a lot of unnecessary pressure on the wrists. Got an injury on the left hand doing those as chest presses holding like that.
I mean I don't think there's any need for people whos main focus is BJJ to learn how to flip kettle bells or catch them in acrobatic ways. There are lots of very effective ways to workout with a KB without this nonsense.
Yes, that is true. Kettle Bells is just another tool for training. It's good for someone that is into bodyweight training that is moving in to weight training or someone that wants a more dynamic workout. What is best is what ever works for you that allows you to progress.
@@mrmyskmadra2742 if people want to do tricks with kettlebells that's totally fine. I just don't think it has much relevance to Jiujitsu. There are so many great KB exercises which you can do already. If I were to make a video about doing KBs for Jiujitsu it would focus on TGU, snatches, heavy cleans, lunges, not doing tricks.
So cool.
Very Nice Routine
Thank you 😊

You really don't look like you can do half an hr of get ups with 30kg...Do you have a video?

But asking a question in direct relation to a comment is very normal
Cool
I think this is great, but I would love a written break down. Time/reps/movement order.

What does it weigh?
Between 10lbs - 80lbs. It depends on what you looking for.
@@soldiercomplex I meant the one you're using here
@@MiggsMultiple Sorry, that's not me, that is Taco Fleur. I believe that is a 30lb Kettle Bell.
I think the kettlebell in the video is blue, but if it is blue, it is 12kg

What makes this specific to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?
Nothing, just clickbait.
I'm sure Taco has plenty of other workouts which would be much more applicable to BJJ than flipping Kettlebells.
flipping the K bell doesn't seem necessary, honestly. gotta echo others
