Ooh! You mentioned my comment, lol! . I agree on adding the date, including the year. Like you, I learned that when I would go back to reread journals and the daily entries didn't include the year, so frustrating! I had forgotten about artist dates, I think I'll add that to my list for 2025. Thanks for the reminder. Happy New year!
I loved your comment! I think we all experience resistance and it made me laugh to hear how you tackled that! Good luck taking those artist dates, I really need to do the same. Happy new year to you too!
I learned about morning pages last year and have kept a morning pages journal since then. I really enjoyed hearing what you wrote in your morning pages. I've always get some kind of "aha" moment throughout the writing which is why I have continued to use it as a practice. I try to be as consistent as possible.
@@Elena-Studio very glad to hear you enjoyed it, thank you. They really are such a great thing to do and a real shortcut to having those ‘aha’ moments.
I just found your channel, i love it! Thank you for sharing. I have been journaling for 20 years, so very exciting that it is such a popular thing now. I know it would help so many. "Writing is thinking on paper."
@@meg62917 thank you, that makes me so happy! And yes, sometimes I don’t even know what I think until I read back what I’ve written. I love how journaling can feel like a direct link to my subconscious and how it almost always surprises me.

@ I feel the exact same way when I journal! Usually not even sure what’s bothering me until I’m 3-4 pages in and it spills out. Magical ✨
@ isn’t it fascinating, like we have to offload a certain amount of stuff before we can get to the point? The magic of the third page!
this was extremely helpful penel, thanks a lot :)
@@Asya-z6t my pleasure, so glad it was useful 😊
