I see that you kept biting to opem the carcasses, they actually changed it so you bave to spam e until it opens it.
Also, for dilo you need to sniff in order to see what stage your venom is, if it is blue you are halfway there and if it is purple you can right click to summon your shadow clones.

They changed it so you have to double tap E to open the carcass now fyi. It wastes a bit of food though.
