今年真係好多紐西蘭人去澳洲，好多同事朋友去左，但唔係因為經濟衰退的影響，去得的一般係有工作有d錢係手的。主要原因係屋太貴(median house price in Auckland is $990,000 , 已經比高位下跌左1X%)，物價又貴(平均貴澳洲20%，mortage 去到6-7,d kiwi 成日係移澳group分享油價物價幾平)，加上工黨的政策大家非常失望，再加4年入藉，人人都想走。
I reckon Australia still need more human resources so the intake will not slow down. Also I believe if you can get a job in Australia, you can stay. So if you want to come, you should ensure you have appropriate skills. I agree that Kiwi have advantage of getting a job offer, however that is due to their culture fit primary.

我中學時期已經移民紐，就遇上經濟不景氣時代，😢最重要有心理準備用完你儲蓄，因為你不是本地人沒有任何政府支持，有了心理準備，一定可以走出一條路。只是要8-10年時間。現在為了小孩可能再次移澳洲。因為紐西蘭人可以有機會獲得入席。好明顯政策準備改變，給予支持多些紐人入境。我亦上去睇過統計布里斯班係全個澳洲，最多紐西蘭人人口的地方。密集程度超乎你想像。墨爾本遲早成為印度人口最多嘅地方。同埋唔好怕做任何工作，無論你讀幾多書，只要你放低身段，揸Uber都唔會餓死，最多係做夜晚清潔工。2024年中小心樓市泡沫🫧⋯⋯爆破
