I'm pretty poor at time management but there's just something about dressing the part that makes me more productive. I love the killing two birds with one-stone concept you had for social media platforms It's a great spin to go about content creating. btw the more I see you make matcha in the vlogs the more I feel like my past matcha addiction coming back. 😭

Hiii! I stumbled upon your video of you being a locator last week. Something I’ve been looking to transition into from a leasing agent. Also considering doing social media management so my time can be MY time and remotely/from anywhere. Would love a vlog of why you left real estate and how you entered SMM. I feel like I have to choose am at a crossroads 😢
Hii welcome!! So I would definitely recommend apartment locating still despite me no longer doing it. The issue I had with it is sometimes you have to fight for the apartments to pay you but I take it you understand the back end aspect of that being a leasing agent. I would recommend getting your license and getting on with a real estate brokerage BEFORE you quit so that you’re not struggling to make rent. It’s a great industry once you’re in and closing deals but it can be mentally challenging fighting the apartments. I just left SMM recently because I learned that I’m not a great manager! Which is okay but it’s definitely amazing to be able to set your own time. I’d say over all locating was the most lucrative!

can I ask how did you get into social media management? Did you need a lot of experience or a degree? Was it competitive?
It was from word of mouth! I actually made a video answering some questions you might have about it, too! I have no degree for it & it’s not competitive yet. You just have to reach out to creators and offer your services to them.

Hi! I appreciate you asking but, I’m not too sure when it comes to finding remote work in India since I live in the US. How I found my remote work was from both getting my real estate license & doing apartment locating and word of mouth to do social media management for a local creator!
