I just bough ginger in my kit yesterday 👏(peppermint, lavender, orange and ginger). There's a soap shop that used to sells orange ginger kitchen soaps (hand and dish). They discontinued it and I'm looking forward to make my own now.

Hi Laura, I'm really enjoying your videos. Very good information. I had no idea we could ingest essential oils. Is any essential oil good and safe to be ingested? Which carrier oil in the essential oil should I look for? Laura, I just wanted to let you know that the volume of your voice in the video is very low. I had to increase the volume to 90% in my TV speaker. So, I just wanted to give you this feedback, maybe the volume settings in your camera is low, I don't know :) Have a great weekend!

Hi Laura，I'm currently breastfeeding and my baby is 1 month old. I want to use essential oils like ginger, frankincense, rosemary and eucalyptus but I was suggested not to use essential oils while breastfeeding because it would go into my blood circulation, therefore my baby would intake it and affect her internal organs function like liver? Is it really safe to use some essential oils for baby and myself?
I personally used oils while I was pregnant and nursing. I have been pregnant or nursing for 8 years!
Will ginger essential oil help the hair loss caused by stress ?
How about applying it on the armpits? Does it have a healing effect?
