    I have spinal stenosis and when my pain is really bad I put 2 cups of epsom salts with ginger, black pepper and clary sage essential oils in my bath, it works like magic! I found this blend from my massage therapist and like I said I only use it when my pain is really bad that way I get the best benefits from the oils. The only one I use regularly is clary sage

      Going to try this, would like to know how many drops of ginger, black pepper and clary sage you use; and how you use your clary sage, do you mix it with a carrier oil?

    • @kirstymacfarlane1620
      @kirstymacfarlane1620 7 лет назад +2

      rt2wshpMyWay I put 2 cups of epsom salts in the bath then I get a 40ml glass beaker and fill it about half with more epsom salts, put in some almond oil, you don't need a lot, then anything between 2 and 6 drops of each oil depending on how I feel and which oil I want to smell the strongest. They say if you pick up an essential oil and smell it, even if it's a smell you're not fond of, and you absolutely love it then you need that particular oil at that time. I'm not the biggest fan of geranium oil but when I've got pms it smells like heaven! Hope this helps.

      Kirsty, there is a homeopathic treatment that was found to help and even cure spinal stenosis. Check out the article "Aging spines feel young again" from Dr. Katchen from the National Center for Homeopaths. I can't speak for others but I know it worked on me. Within a month my back pain had completely gone and several months later my spinal stenosis was completely cured.

  • @LGCblessed

    Hi. I've been purchasing some of Dr Axe's products (as much as I can afford) and I've been taking one cup of ginger root tea per day (I make it really strong) so I wonder would I get the same benefits from this essential oil showed on this video? It would be easier than making tea every day... but how about the benefits? Thank you for the wonderful information this channel provides!

    Is ginger oil or iginger extract the thing I need to make ginger beer more "spicier". Current;y I've bought powdered ginger from the grocery store to sprinkle into ginger beer so it makes the ginger ale/beer have more of a bite. It turns out that it barely made it stronger.

    ok, great... but i'd rather simply go to the market, buy whole fresh ginger root, and grind it or chop it either for cooking or for the tea formula or to take a piece before or after the meal. that is a much better mentality and natural medicine

    I heard you mention being careful with using too much ginger oil. I have been juicing ginger (ginger shots) which has been very beneficial for keeping inflammation down in my body. I have worked up to juicing a half pound a day, although I don't do this every day, just when I notice the inflammation getting out of control. Is this to hard on my liver? I would love to know and if so is there a way to take care of my liver in the process with perhaps some detoxing methods?

      Mario Tosi drink a tbsp baking soda with water, lemon water, apple cider vinegar water, eat raw garlic bulbs, etc. the baking soda neutralizes the acid, and the other stuff will add acids to the stomach to break down foods better which saves you from that acid reflux

    Osteoarthritis isn't an inflammatory condition, it was misnamed. It's a degeneration of the joints. Source, Dr. John Bergman, who absolutely knows what he is talking about.

    • @Soul.7
      @Soul.7 4 года назад

      You have to ask yourself - why is the bone degenerating? There is a reason for this. Degeneration is the effect, one must find out the cause! Inflammation is what the body does to protect and heal itself. If that situation is not healed degeneration can happen. Again - what is causing degeneration. Inflammation will be part of the story.

    • @angiem1124
      @angiem1124 4 года назад

      @@Soul.7 I agree, and bone degeneration would first and foremost be a mineral deficiency, along with other nutritional deficiencies.
