You got me on this one Jeff. Giving away the dollar amount I had in my mind as you were starting the video blew me away. What an awesome goal that would be to shoot for! It starts today. Thank you so much, Dave
Two thumbs up again Jeff. You are talking right up my alley. I know the pleasures of philanthropy, especially at grassroots level. But I just wanted to add that generosity combined with a sense of gratitude begins with generous tips to the cab driver, the waiters and waitresses and sharing our favorite dessert with our neighbor. It then leads to building schools in Africa. I can see clearly through your path. Love and bliss to you and your loved ones.
I wish you would build and contribute to the poor and orphans in Bolivia. It is one of the poorest South American countries. It blows me away that countries that already have millionaires or billionaires even get so much charity, but the truly poor helpless countries can't get this much needed support. i.e. India, Kenya. Have significant number of very wealthy nationals. Jeff, I hope you will look to Bolivia for your charity. Keep up the positive messages
My desire is to take the bulk of my profits from writing books and inventing things to start a income based non-profit housing to help those coming out of domestic violence shelters. The women in them have 30-90 days in an emergency shelter then they are kicked out, most return to the violent homes. The average woman leaves 7 times before she leaves permanently! The greatest fear is permanent housing. I have been through the abuse and spent 84 days in a shelter before I got low income housing. Until that went through I was terrified because I knew if I returned with my five year old I would leave in a body bag. No one should have to fear like that!
Lifestyle and impact...totally with you here. Impact to help others to the better life they all can live and totally deserve! Thanks Jeff :-) Spread your love!
Not a "lame video," just a comment. Of all the thousands of charities in the "good ol' US of A," why in the world Kenya?. Just curious (no disrespect intended).
