Rubber sticks to my guides. What is a trick to avoid this besides using larger guides? Maybe lubricant?

Todd Huckabee is a pioneer among Crappie Fishermen, he was LiveScoping before LiveScoping was "cool" but he's just proving that he knows how to catch Crappie - Old School or New School! I've sat in a couple of his seminars and he just plain loves fishing and helping people catch fish. Thanks for sharing his knowledge! Crappie Connection continues to grow the Sport!!!

why do you prefer a loop knot, i was wondering why you wouldn't tie a jig or rubber to make the jig/rubber float parallel, i understand that you want the minnow to have more freedom to move naturally, correct

It's kinda funny to see all these guys with new live scopes trying to use them in shallower water. All they are doing is spooking fish. For instance, recently a couple guys were were live scoping near me on a shallow point with a small brush pile on it. They were pulling 2 ropes with drag chains behind their boat to slow them down. They were all over that point trying to catch fish and all they were doing was spooking fish. Meanwhile... I was 60 yards or so from them killing slabs casting a slip cork over another brush pile. I could hear them saying, dang.. that guy just caught ANOTHER ONE!. LOL. Im a big believer in keeping it simple, quiet and old-school.

Great show! A good topic would be : When do you change the size of your jig? I typically use 1/16oz, use 1/32 sometimes and rarely use 1/8th. Could you go over some information on jig size?

Binge watching these videos and wondering how you guys don't have 100K subs. IF YOU WATCHED/WATCH THIS VIDEO MAKE SURE TO HIT THE SUBSCRIBE BUTTON! Most crappie fishing videos on YT is guys using Livescope and you watch them catch fish. This channel ACTUALLY teaches you how to be a better fisherman.
