I call this track Dancing With Asami. I love the ways she prowls around the stage, moving her body in a dangerous manner. Destrose over the years has had many different members in the band, including Haruna and Miho. As far as I know, Destrose, disbanded in 2015. Should you wish, there is a plentiful supply of Japanese lady rock/metal bands with all sorts of variations both musically and visually, in the way that only Japan can make successful. 😃

During the first lockdown in Japan Miyako ordered the parts of her Telecaster style guitar fron the States and built it with help from her guitar tech. Midori is playing a guitar she helped to design and which was built at an ESP Craft Shop.

Not really a metal guy. I'm more of a rock hard rock classic rock guy. But I just started getting into Nemophilia. They are to metal, what Band Maid is to Rock and Hard Rock. Another group of five phenomenally talented beautiful musicians. They have a nice mix of covers and originals. I don't know if you have reacted to any of their stuff yet. But three or four song from them I would recommend are. Their version of Journey's Separate Ways. Bon Jovi's Bad Name, Detroit Rock City by Kiss. A cover of a song by some Japanese group which I never heard of. But the song is called One Night Carnival. I guess you would kind of consider them a 21 st. first century Japanese female version of Iron Maiden. The singer has got some pipes on her. And she can go from whaling thrashing and screaming to a fairly clean and poppy style. I hope you will check out some of their stuff. I definitely hope you will check out especially some of the covers they have done. Somebody put the Journey Separate Ways video side with Nemophilia's version. That is worth checking out also.
