We installed 5 kw plant just 1 month only. Getting less than 8 units daily only. Never crossed 10 units. At the same time our neighbour getting 20 units with the same 5 kw (different company solar). I complained , however the company is not taking any steps to even reply or check the panel. Im really worried

Who should keep the Warranty cards of the inverter and panel? Installer or the consumer?
