That advice about "communication during a fight", and chipping away a relationship by saying things without thinking is soo true. I went through it and I don't wish it on anyone, it's hard to move on from those "nasty" things said in a fight. GOOD ADVICE Adanna

Please keep doing what you’re doing, I’m a senior citizen and it’s a blessing to see young parents making good decisions. I’m not good with technology, slowly learning...my go to is You Tube. I’m at a lost with the other media sights. I have several channels that I watch and right from the start I always give a thumbs up. I’m loyal to my friends.

I loved watching this! I've always considered myself to be super chill and liberal but I totally understand why your dad did that. I have a 5 year old daughter and though I studied in America and lived a significant amount of time living there before moving back to Nigeria, and even with me being in an intertribal Nigerian marriage, I would have to be suuuuuper comfortable with her potential spouse if he isn't black. There is just sooo much going on in the world that I would have to be sure that he understands the fullness of what it means for her to be a black African feminist. David is special. He loves you in totality and made sure he took the time to learn about your culture. This video is heartwarming . God bless your marriage

I was always slightly different from my siblings, I always had stronger opinions and did outstanding things yet I was also an introvert. So my choosing to marry a white man didn’t shock anyone. They had probably already given up on me Hahahah. Fortunately I finally met a good man and we have had quite a successful marriage sofar... I’m so glad that you followed your hearts. And just like you Ada, I knew when I met the one and I was sure to tell him that he was the one. Sometimes our husbands need a little awakening to realize that they have met you and that’s that 😃. And yeah by showing him a couple of rings here and there is one way we all do it ☺️☺️☺️ your girl had him get the diamonds and she designed her own ring.

Dear Friends of God......................Please research God's Time/Calendar in Genesis 1:14 before a False Sabbath law is enforced! Actions are in progress to honor a Sabbath day, “Green Sabbath”, “Laudato Si, par. 237”, etc.
Already today, there are Sunday laws written on government books.
The true Sabbath Is not Friday, Saturday, Sunday, etc. The true Sabbath is calculated by true time, Genesis 1:14.
The first week.....the new moon day, the six work days and the Sabbath day.
The second, third and fourth week........six work days and then Sabbath day.
Genesis 1:14 is a commandment from God. God commanded us to let the lights in heaven be for days, years, etc. We are to use the sun, moon and stars to calculate our days, years, signs, seasons, Sabbaths, etc., not the Gregorian calendar or any other man-made time.
The Sabbath commandment is one of the Ten commandments listed in Exodus 20 and It is just as important as the other nine commandments. It is to be kept!
God has three category of days in the Bible, the new moon day, the six work days and the Sabbath day.
God’s months start with the new moon day, which is the first day of the month. The Gregorian calendar do not start its months with the new moon day. The new moon day falls anywhere and everywhere on the Gregorian calendar.
Sometimes, on the famous Gregorian calendar, the new moon day falls on the “Gregorian Seventh day Saturday Sabbath.”
How can it both be the first day of the month and the seventh day Sabbath?
This along should help a person to see that the Gregorian calendar is not true time and that the Biblical Sabbath should not be calculated by it.
The Sabbath is a sign between God and His people Israel and whosoever join themselves to them. One law is to Israel and to the stranger. Exodus 12:48,49
Also, research the "Seven Noahide Laws" and Education Day U.S.A. Do the “Seven Noahide Laws”
From my research online, these laws are Jewish laws taken from their writings, namely the Talmud. The first law in “The seven Noahide laws" forbids the worship of idols.
According to Jewish writings, the worship of Jesus, Yahushua, etc........is idolatry and is punishable by death, decapitation.
Will these laws be enforced on all nations???
Research the connection between the United Nations, The Presidents, President Bush, President Trump, etc. and “The Seven Noahide laws"
THESE "SEVEN NOAHIDE LAWS". SEEMS TO BE VERY DANGEROUS TO CHRISTIANS AND TO ALL MANKIND!!
Lastly, there is much talk online that the Jewish people occupying the land of Israel today are not the true Israelites and that the true Israelites are today now scattered throughout the nations, is this true?
There are also other groups of people who say that they are the true Jews.
Jesus said in Revelation 2:9 & 3:9 that someone is saying that they are Jews but are not but are the synagogue of Satan.
If Jesus warns us about a synagogue of Satan in Revelation 2:9 & 3:9, should not we be concern?
If the people residing in the land of Israel not true Israel, then who are they and what is their agenda for the world?
Who are the true Bloodline Jews?
HAVE A GOOD DAY FRIENDS OF GOD..........GLORY TO THE FATHER AND SON! The

This beautiful and inspiring story has reminded us, especially those of us in the diaspora, of the African family values. We lost a whole lot of very important values and cultures when we were uprooted and shipped off into the diaspora. We lost the strong respect for parents and their say in who their children marry. The western culture says its not the parents business so you marry who you want. There is no way a 20 year old has the maturity to make decisions that will have lifelong consequences with good outcome, without the guidance of parents. So kudos to you Adanna and David for sharing your story so eloquently, and loaded with many important lessons. God bless your beautiful marriage with your lovely family.

They didn’t tell david that he is the one to initiate the conversation😂. So most Nigerian Dad’s Yh will wait for you to come and introduce yourself and request their daughter. It’s like they want to see how serious you are and what you can do to get their precious flower. Thank God David realised it 😊

Am from PAPUA NEW GUINEA , neighbor to Australia in the Pacific. I enjoyed the video. Interesting to hear of David's experience with a black family, the fors and against adanna's decision to marry a white man. We're also melanesians, dark skinned race. You both come from intellectual families. I had a good laugh on the academic investigation on David and his family. May God bless your marriage and families.🙏
