I’m from Southern California so this was a treat! The public transportation is severely lacking but they’re actively expanding it! They’re hoping to have some of the expansions open ahead of the Olympics in 2028. LA used to have a much more expansive public transportation system but the automobile industry lobbied against it, and a lot of the subway was closed and still sits empty beneath the streets! I live in Seattle now, I should send you maps and info of the Pacific Northwest!

Hello from Venice! So glad you mentioned the mountains. When people think of Los Angeles they may not think winter sports, however we had one of the best ski seasons this year. Our local ski resort opened in Nov and closed in April. And all within a 1 hour and 40 min drive from Los Angeles up into the Angele National Forrest. We have two resorts - Mountain High where I skied 47 times this season and another classic mountain with lots of history Mt Baldy Ski lifts. And the view of LA up there is AMAZING!
I've never been to the USA but Los Angeles is probably the American city I know best. Because of the horrendous amount of time I spent there in GTA Online 😅 I always enjoyed taking in the skyline, especially from a plane, a helicopter or from the top of US Bank Tower, the highest skyscraper in the city, where I had my office. By the way, skyscrapers around the world seem like an interesting idea for a video, if you'd ever need one ;) And I have to compliment your nails again. Green is my favourite colour and this particular shade goes really well with green areas on the maps, I think :)
You really help me sleep. I have to get up early but I'm a natural night owl. Your smooth, quiet tone helps me go out quickly, and I dream of wandering about here and there. It's pretty cool.
