Is there a mechanic where Reno aims for certain stats or why is Yuffie stacked with DEF and lightning resist + highest HP?

Almost of his atk will aim to highest hp char.That why yuffie was the highest and also i built her with crazy pdef and maximum lightning resist.

For Reno yes but you need some ice dps to take down the dog.It'll poison you and that suck 😂
