To this day it offends people when a woman has a firm opinion or one at all...when she has a voice, a stance; when she knows what she will and won't put up with. I wish women would stop referring to THEMSELVES as bitches when they have the confidence to protect and defend themselves. It's not being a bitch it's having self respect. God Bless:)
In a full length interview she say's that she's pretty misunderstood, cause comes across pretty stern, she say's she can't help it, it's just her face and also she's very determined person with strong opinions so that too contributed to her reputation
“Ahead of her time” actually I believe women valued themselves more then, than now. Now they are full of insecurities, they feel the need to have everything fake and to have the perfect pictures, even when they are perfect, most at least, not all.
Not really ahead of her time. There’s been quite a few women like her throughout history but everyone else is slow and still hasn’t had the penny drop. Even now women like her are mistreated because of the same reasons she was 3 or 4 decades ago and it’s testament to how thick people are, how scared people are of independent women and not that women need to be taught to love themselves
@@rw3745 True story 😂😂😂😂 They could have just said she had a beautiful complexion, amazing eyes etc… I find it a little offensive like they’re talking about an animal or something!

Amen to that!
Yasmeen Ghauri truly was a queen of the catwalk.
A queen ? THE QUEEN !
Actually Naomi is the queen
Yes..one Jasmine
“Well I KNOW WHAT I WANT AND I HAVE VERY STRONG OPINIONS I SUPPOSE!”
Cause she is her own investment and if she won't look after herself nobody else will
talk about being ahead of your time. she was showing women how to love themselves as they are since the 80s . rock on Yasmeen
She was a branding queen that travelled back in time.

I love how white people call every non white person “exotic” smh 🤦🏾♀️
Haha literally 😭
Do they know they are the exotic ones when they come to Asian countries

Exotic means, different which is a complement.

More like YASQUEEN. What a legend.
Highly intelligent and knew her financial worth
she has today's attitude even back then in the 90s. she must have been very difficult to work with because she was ahead of her time.
That’s why she left instead of being sabotaged!
