I follow true crime on both RUclips and many podcasts. How did I miss your excellent channel? I'll be binge-watching/ listening until I catch up with all your work. (Good thing I'm retired and have the luxury of time!) It's also fun to hear you're in Jeff County. My hubby and I live in nearby Oakville. Your stories about Jeff Co. will be especially interesting. Thank you for this great channel and wonderful stories!
It’s interesting to think that had the first crime been committed today there probably would be more chance of him being convicted making him unable to then kill his parents.
Likely because it’s base on interesting intelligent dialogue and not special effects. Most people have the attention span of a fruit fly! Sincerely, Doc
I’m a new subscriber and found your channel a few days ago. I love hearing about these old fashioned stories! Thank you for sharing! Blessings to you! ❤️✝️
I've recently discovered your channel and I really enjoy the various cases that you show. Great investigating, presentation, backstory and photos, too. Take care 🦋
You listed the exact reasons I too enjoy her uploads. I’m both surprised and disappointed she doesn’t have more followers. I hope that changes. Sincerely, Doc
I'm so glad I've found you and your channel! This is so amazing. What makes you choose your case you cover? Do you ever aimlessly lookup old newspapers without having a case in mind and just read each articles looking for something new to cover?
Thanks for asking. I usually hunt for old newspaper articles from small towns and search to see if there have been other true crime stories about them. I try to choose the ones that have little to no coverage. I love piecing the story together with whatever evidence I can gather.
@mindylou322 I came back to listen again. When I asked, I just wanted to make sure if I was following along correctly. I am an old woman. Sometimes, I drift away, and then might not hear the whole story. Lol

The young lady probably had a nervous breakdown after years of living in fear of being the victim of Frank. She ultimately was his victim..
11:18 did you mean 1 p.m. or was it supposed to really be 1 am?
It should have been 1am. Thanks for the correction.

This case would make a great mini-series from Mary Birdsey and the citizens of Decatur's point of view.
They're all model prisoners
Its weird how the young men started being violent when cars running leaded fuel started to be more prevalent
Interesting theory!
I don't like this one
It is definitely disturbing.
