@nitrocross I'm so thankful that you invited me to the event in Utah 🥳 I got to meet @Travispastrana at coffee & cars show an gave him early birthday presents 🎁 he was surprised and said I dont usually get stuff 😂 people usually only ask me for stuff. It was funny. He is so awesome to meet and he cool to everyone. I hope he got to bring his gifts home. he left Nitrocross an went to another race 🏎️💨
I met Travis at the freedom factory. Such a nice person. Immediately had a nice conversation. First celeb I talk to there. Grew up watching him. 31 years old still a fan. Wish I was in your friend group. Adrenaline is a way of life.
I grew up watching him too and did the same thing at the freedom factory last November. He stood by us in the vip stands to watch the monster trucks, talked to him abt how cool the event was and got a selfie with him. Flew from Michigan but that made it worth it fs
I met him after his xgames flat spin 360 to faceplant and eye swollen shut black eye at swan mx park in tyler texas for the pro challenge. His eye was still bruised. He made it through practice and was hanging with my trainer waiting in staging. He got taken out by my trainer first moto first turn and broke his collar bone. Hes an amazing person and we talked for what seemed like hours. He stuck around to sign autographs and stole my sharpee lol. My dad asked me when i got back wheres the marker. He made me go ask for it back. Sorry for the novel. 😅
I've always felt the success of 199 and nitro circus has been the close nit community that has been built and supports each other to do more push further... Thank you 199 crew
Still love watching ya Travis! It's been so many years. I'm 55 now and in great shape and still riding. I'll never stop. Thanks for all the entertainment over the years brother! Be safe and keep having fun. Life is short.
33 yrs old now…and Travis is the pinnacle of action and motor sports. Guy is as badass as it gets…i remember seeing him at Gravity Games in Providence RI when i was young and had my little XR-100…he was on the RM-125 in Freestyle and i wanna say was only 16-17 yrs old. Insane.
100% can attest this guy is so genuine. Met him when he was racing supercross and he gave us all the time in the world and with a broken leg. Def my favorite "celebrity" i have ever met! Thanks TP
I just love how TP always introduces himself when he first talks to a camera. We all know who you are, and know the history behind Pastranaland. The most humble man around. We love you, TP!
Travis has been inspiring me to send any action sport I can and approach life without limits for over 20 years. That and getting flashbacks to streetbike tommy after saying "You could go twice as fast". Never have I gone twice as fast after that clip.
Travis was kind enough to do a cameo in a movie I was doing for Disney Channel back in the day. He was so cool on set, standing around for hours with an injured leg if I remember correctly. But he would talk for hours about whatever and had boundless energy. I'm glad he's kept it going and passed on that joy to all his friends and family. What a great story!
@@zaczito6698 That's the movie. Travis was so cool to give up his time and energy to that project. It was just great to be able to rap with him for a while. Unfortunately he was getting over a leg injury and couldn't ride. But it was awesome just the same.
Glad to see the channel getting bigger Travis, good stuff!! Been a fan since the 90's, love the Nitro crew. Shout out to Hubert for all the crap you guys put him through!
I met Travis at Bristol Motor Speedway at a race he talked to us like he knew us forever and we offered him to come hang out with us at the campground obviously he couldnt because he had a race to do but his exact answer was "you know if I didnt have to drive Today I would be there" I totally believe he would too
When I was a kid I had a giant Suzuki poster on the wall above my bed with the 199 on it. He was a childhood hero and I remember being worried about Travis losing his sponsorship with Suzuki because of freestyle. Never thought it would become a new sport in itself. So glad Travis gave it up for this!
Snuck into the pits at a Canadian nitro cross event a bit before it started and Travis was in there with a bunch of the racers and mechanics. Guy did not even hesitate for a millisecond to welcome us over to hangout and talk, signed my Pastrana Dixxin shirt and let us just hangout for a while. Unbelievably humbling experience and truly a time I'll never forget. He's just a down to earth normal guy out to have fun.
let me know when to pack my bags TRAV! 😂🤙🏻 i would bust my ass everyday tell i couldnt anymore to be out there doing the kind of stuff you guys are getting todo and experience 🙌🏻 have looked up to you and fallowed you since i was about 6 years old and i watched you do a double backflip live on xgames. since then my life really has been about my bikes, working hard/having fun and being able to do what i need to do to enjoy it. i have good air awarness i used to race but mainly free ride the big bike at local tracks for the jumps and pitbike events. i ride when ever i can and always have besides when i got in trouble a little bit when i was younger and had my bikes taken away. since then worked hard to be a better person and saved up for all my own bikes truck and trailer and am still trying to figure it out each day. but these videos and you really have helped me threw alot of tough times. meeting you was honestly a dream come true. thanks for being the awesome guy you are and i really do hope we meet again some day 🐐
Looks like so much fun man! We always just ride in the woods but so many properties are posted nowadays, the majority of the paths to get where we ride are off limits now so it gets harder & harder to find good spots. It’s awesome to have a place for you & your friends to always ride.
Travis was racing MX and inspired my son to start riding and racing, so he used the number 919, he knew he couldn't use the 199, so 919 it was. Travis was an excellent role model for young kids to emulate at the time when there were seriously bad influences out there. I'll be forever grateful for Travis being there for my son, without him even knowing!
Been a fan forever and love everything you do!!!! Man I saw you fly high at xgames philly so many years ago and need to see you again!!! your 3rd gold metal!!! keep doing you!!! 199 for life!
I met Travis 2 years ago in Calgary nitro cross, to this day he’s been my favourite celebrity to meet, glad I got the chance to meet my hero/ inspiration
Yo Travis mah man I'm astounded at the things you do with motorcycles or just about anything that has wheels. Me now at 83 I'm still riding faster than the crash but have toned down my send it air times~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Braaap!
Travis and 3 of his crew members came out to my buddies house after a rally event in Oregon in 2013 they partied with us all night one of the best nights of my life.. His story telling is incredible.. The crazy thing was the next day when they left and we started cleaning we realized not a single person asked for an autograph.. Just shows how normal these guys are we just felt like they were normal dudes drinking beer.
His greatest achievement was to come around lap one in first place at the 2008 round one GNCC. I raced that day. He proved his speed that day against the best in the world.
Thank you for all the entertainment over the years. Your dare devil personality mixed with your humble attitude is amazing. Best athlete on the planet.
Been a fan for many years, but just subscribed. This is a great video with a great vibe! Excited to see what you got for the future. Btw, the track in the end is a banger! please, publish it somewhere 🙏
The amount of “chapters” TP199 has is INSANE ALREADY! What could you possibly be doing next that will top your already infinite number of accomplishments!? Stay healthy brother whatever it is, I’m here for it!!! 🤘🤘🤘🤘🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Travis , I grow up watching all your videos and moved to California to follow my bmx dreams , we vlogging about all the bmx events , spots , training camps and would love to visit pastranaland would be a pleasure

That’s the one guy I didn’t meet when I was there in April 😢
Agreed, TRAVIS is on MT. RUSHMORE + a genuinely good dude!
I’m 67 years old, seen a lot of stunt men since the days of Evil Knievel. Travis is light years ahead of all others. Keep up the great work.
