***UPDATE*** So if you haven’t watched the video after this you wouldn’t know that the motor actually went again due to manufacturer defect, United Engines has me covered under warranty for a replacement but their warranty disclaimer includes mechanic labor (so I owe my mechanic another 1600 after the job is done) so I’m waiting for my mechanic to call me when they get the engine out of the car and I’ll call United engines which will send a FedEx freight to the mechanic to have the engine picked up and shipped back to Cali and they will ship me an engine back all free of charge the only thing I’m paying is my mechanic. Furthermore I spotted a Camry xle v6 full leather interior abandoned that I really want so I’m going to call 311 today and see if I can get it moved as it’s been there with a flat for months if I get my car fixed I will try to sell it and potentially buy the v6 Camry model. If not I will continue making videos on the good ole 4 banger slanger I wanted to wait to get the car back to make a headlight install video but I may end up doing the wiring video with a circuit diagram but that may confuse some of you. -The flex pipe was fixed -power steering hose was fixed Still need to put suspension on and I need new tires (bubbles spotted from philly potholes) I didn’t forget about you guys 💪🏾 you can find out what I’m doing via @BloomfieldProductions on Instagram
@@Bloomy215 i loved my Japanese built 05 Camry SE. The black badges and everything from the factory.. basically a rolls royce.. and hard to find parts for too! I had to special order breaks from the parts store. I had no idea when i bought it that there was a such a difference between the SE trim and the regular LE/XLE. The 3.3 would be a great one to get in the XLE if you wanted to stick with this body style Camry. Im driving an 05 Avalon XLS right now with the 3.5 2grfe engine .. what an incredible powertrain

More leg room than the Mercedes S class of the same year, more power than a bmw 5 series and probably more reliable than anything in its full size luxury sedan class.. build quality on a 50k Toyota is just top notch. I ain’t even mad it’s not a Lexus .. it’s size makes it better than a Camry, or Lexus es350, but smaller than an LS

@@Bloomy215 I got the SE. The suspension is shot so in the spring I'm going to try to put on a new suspension. Debating between something more performance oriented or more luxury. Good looks on the headlights fact you shared btw. I didn't realize there was a difference.
I have the same year car as well and I also named it after Yoda. I previously had a Corolla which I named Lil' Yoda. Once I got my Camry, I named it Big Yoda lol I've been looking everywhere for videos doing a sound treatment on the Camry for road noise since I travel on the highway quite a bit. Maybe that would be a project for the future if you install subs in the back or something. Looking forward to more videos bro, keep it up!
I’ve got a gorgeous 10” in the back hope to get a 12” but that’ll be future I may even get two subs not sure yet but I do love bass. I’ll be pulling the carpet and replacing it with black cut pile but I’ll find out how to install sound deadening to make the car more sound proof and give it a slightly more luxurious feel not sure how imma do it but trust me imma figure it out 🤙😂 thanks for watching bro 💪🏾

I have an '02 V6 Camry and I love it so much. Little did I know that it's already on its second engine at just 197K KM's (bought it at just a little over 194K for $5000, and new engine was put in at 112K,) but it drives really great, smooth transmission, and the only modification I've done to it is added an aftermarket Pioneer head unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Just with that mod alone, the car feels so much more modern. I don't really plan on investing too much into the car as I'm saving up for a house, LOL, but I do plan on adding aftermarket speakers and an amp, plus sub. No matter what, gotta have quality music going! These cars will defo treat you well if you treat them well with proper maintenance.

I own a 2015 Toyota Camry TRD but also just purchased a 2006 Camry LE...Just so you know! I installed 2009 Toyota RAV4 factory 18x8 wheels on it and they fit just fine! I subscribed to your channel and am looking forward to see what you do! I also installed a 10" screen Android 12 stereo from eBay. It fits like a glove! Plugs in to the factory harness....Good Luck!

@@Bloomy215 yea they came stock. Just like how Lexus es330 and some solara have. It’s basically the same strut bar. I would go with original equipment strut bar only because you can get them cheaper than Megan Racing. My friend has Camry se and we put Megan Racing strut bar, we felt no different at all. He returned it to get his money back…😂

Teachers gave her a list of high grade students and i was chosen. 300km with almost no rust at all. Just needed $500 in suspension parts and a replacement valve cover gasket that i replaced in the shop. Still have it and saved me lots of money on insurance. I want too get chrome projector headlights for it and tint it
Never got the chance to do so I wanted UEL headers for it to sound like a subi I seen a vid of somebody who had some Its on youtube that thing sounds mad good
Its only reliable if you get the 3.3 V6! The 2.4 has head bolts that strip and fall out and excessive oil burning, so they dont last as long as the v6! The 3.0 v6 is good too as long as the oil doesn't get sludged up.

Possibly but only with a rewire, The headlights I had like I said where 05-06 headlights I had to rewire them to work properly my guess would be the tails need some minimal wiring to make sure they work right. What I would do is cut the connectors of the 04 tails then solder them to the 05 ones (reverse to reverse brake to brake park to park) then see if you're missing any connections the tails should become plug and play after you replace the connectors. This is ASSUMING the tails dont have the same connectors you would basically be making the 05-06 tails plug n play.

I wired them to the turn signal circuit. Due to the way these headlights needed to be wired I could only had two options: always on+blinking on signal OR always off+blinking on signal. I chose the second one
I've got an 04 V6 any ideas for mods I can do to the engine or things I should change? At the same time it does have 212k miles and I would't want to mod it and it just dies yk.
I would recommend looking at what cars have the same engine as the 04 and see what people have done to other cars with that engine, that’s how I found out the Scion tC had the same engine and people where supercharging and turboing the 2az-fe
I don’t have a tinted front windshield I find the LED light throw just enough for me although HIDs are probably better but I’m sticking to my LEDs for now. Philadelphia is bright on its own

You would need to wire the lights the way I did to make them work for 02-04 the 4 connections is for the 05-06 version are you tech savvy enough to wire the lights yourself? If not I’d be open to wiring them for you but that would require you to ship them to me. I no longer own my Camry so I never had the chance to make a wiring tutorial sadly if you you where open to it I would Vlog the process and post it to the channel

I have a 04 Toyota Camry SE and I've been trying to find somebody to show me how to wire fog lights I got custom fog lights or aftermarket and they have a little swoop thing white with a parking light and blinks with a blinker orange I can't find anything about it
I have a 2005 Toyota Camry. I have upgraded the low beam headlight bulbs to LED but I have not been able to upgrade the DRL high beams to LED because of the lower voltage to operate the DRL. Any ideas? I have tried Canbus dongle but non of the ones I used from Amazon worked.

@@Zvclv don’t tint them 🤧🤧 get the black chrome tbh because tinting ya headlights gonna reduce visibility that’s why I opted for black chrome so I didn’t have to tint them you feel me? It’s preference don’t let me stop you I’m just telling you my opinion
The front fenders have a hole just through the door the mirrors come with extra long wires I fed it through and wired the mirrors in parallel to the turn signals I could have also wired them to the circuit that’s always on so they’re constantly on but would still flash when signaling
So all the parts that the guys with Scion TC’s use can be used on a Camry I talked to Shanevlogs who has a turbo 5th Gen at about 465hp he was cool enough to tell me everything he did to his car which was dope all internals built forged bottom end etc I plan on getting them from performance websites
Don’t let anybody tell you other wise bro cause Camrys aren’t what most call “real cars” they expect you get a Beamer or a older jdm type car lol bro I was worried about making my shit look good from point A to point B and I had my best memories in this car
anything you can do to a Scion Tc with the 2az-Fe you can do to a camry with a 2azfe in (not always but if its the same engine you should technically be able to)

Possibly but only with a rewire, The headlights I had like I said where 05-06 headlights I had to rewire them to work properly my guess would be the tails need some minimal wiring to make sure they work right. What I would do is cut the connectors of the 04 tails then solder them to the 05 ones (reverse to reverse brake to brake park to park) then see if you're missing any connections the tails should become plug and play after you replace the connectors. This is ASSUMING the tails dont have the same connectors you would basically be making the 05-06 tails plug n play.

I wired them to the turn signal circuit. Due to the way these headlights needed to be wired I could only had two options: always on+blinking on signal OR always off+blinking on signal. I chose the second one

I would recommend looking at what cars have the same engine as the 04 and see what people have done to other cars with that engine, that’s how I found out the Scion tC had the same engine and people where supercharging and turboing the 2az-fe

I don’t have a tinted front windshield I find the LED light throw just enough for me although HIDs are probably better but I’m sticking to my LEDs for now. Philadelphia is bright on its own

You would need to wire the lights the way I did to make them work for 02-04 the 4 connections is for the 05-06 version are you tech savvy enough to wire the lights yourself? If not I’d be open to wiring them for you but that would require you to ship them to me. I no longer own my Camry so I never had the chance to make a wiring tutorial sadly if you you where open to it I would Vlog the process and post it to the channel

I have a 2005 Toyota Camry. I have upgraded the low beam headlight bulbs to LED but I have not been able to upgrade the DRL high beams to LED because of the lower voltage to operate the DRL. Any ideas? I have tried Canbus dongle but non of the ones I used from Amazon worked.

The front fenders have a hole just through the door the mirrors come with extra long wires I fed it through and wired the mirrors in parallel to the turn signals I could have also wired them to the circuit that’s always on so they’re constantly on but would still flash when signaling

So all the parts that the guys with Scion TC’s use can be used on a Camry I talked to Shanevlogs who has a turbo 5th Gen at about 465hp he was cool enough to tell me everything he did to his car which was dope all internals built forged bottom end etc I plan on getting them from performance websites

anything you can do to a Scion Tc with the 2az-Fe you can do to a camry with a 2azfe in (not always but if its the same engine you should technically be able to)

easy to install and wire when you figure out where to run the wire I ran mine through the fender to the headlights and it worked like a charm!
