Perpetuating the myth is how the area makes money.
True....created and fabricated mystery
Nice. It could be...
One thing people aren’t realizing is , if it is a plesiosaur there are different species of them. They all ranged in size from 5ft to over 40 ft in length. The idea of it being a huge one isn’t entirely plausible but I’d say if one does exist in the loch, it would be anywhere between 10-18 ft at the largest. A creature that size can be supported by lake that’s 800ft or more deep. With the fish and countless other food sources that probably swim their way in there from the ocean since it’s connected. Anything is possible but that’s my take on it.
The visitor count must be low going to Scotland, now drum up some bs.
@1:29 "Attract millions of tourists."
And distract the sheeple from real stuff that actually affects them 😅
I guess aliens couldn't hold our attention...
Sheeple will be sheeple 🤯
They're still looking for it? Seriously?
I can just tell you guys without all that equipment you’re not going to find anything, but do your thing
Right😂
Lmao😂😂😂. It is probably a freakishly large eel!
This is lighthearted fun (thus everyone smiling)
and drums up tourism,
But it's also a great excuse, with some of the tech that will be used, for science researchers to just learn a bit more about the Loch itself, which is actually very large and very, very deep. (I think the last time it was surveyed, they found one area that surprised them because it was almost 900 feet deep!)
Due to the peat of the surrounding environment, the water is fairly cloudy and opaque, which always makes any excuse to get a survey with lots of new tech worthwhile for the people who study the Lochs of Scotland.
This is a how-to on getting tourists to pay for scientific surveys of your environment.
@@melissasaint3283 Melissa you saint, living up to your name!! You just absolutely brought such a positive light to it lol.
I’m serious, this was an enlightening comment
Have a great time enjoying one of the most beautiful places in the world!!! The search for Nessie is a fun way to spend an afternoon ❤. Don’t forget to pack some pasties and tea!!!
Leave him alone 😢
I doubt if they'll find Nessie, but it wouldn't surprise me if they find Mother Teresa, the Holy Grail, Jimmy Hoffa, and Elvis Presley.
We might just as well be looking for that "honest politician" that eludes us the more we search.
Search the River Ness, they use it to travel between the Loch and the Sea, making the river the perfect bottleneck. Some of the best footage in recent years was drone footage over the river.
So did they find any evidence? Any at all? Is there any possible way that something that large could exist there if they didn’t find any sign of it?
So, lets assume the very first report from that priest is accurate. Is the creature immortal? If there are enough to keep reproducing and sustain a population are they invisible? You have to be really wacky to believe stuff like this is real. I love watching shows about "cryptids" not because of the creatures, but because the mental gymnastics of the researchers is quite impressive.

I’m from Glasgow I have grown up hearing the story been to loch nest many time if was real it long gone. But it not real 😂😢
Just a waste of time in order to increase their tourism revenue
Seems like a lot of unnecessary expense to me...even if there is something in that lake it's not like it's eating humans or in any way bothering us...but people waste their time and money on a lot of worse stuff so I hope they at least have a nice, relaxing vacation on Loch Ness while they look
