Spa Guy, they call him the Elvis Detective. His Elvis stories are solid as he goes the extra mile to authenticate stories on Elvis. He discovered the Ambulance that took Elvis to the Hospital.
This is incredible that you got this footage! I have never seen the actual pictures, the 911 call and ambulance taking Elvis from his home to the hospital. And talking to his cousin that was there that day! Amazing! Looking forward to the rest of your story! Great job Scott! RIP Elvis.
Fantastic story and one of the few parts of Elvis's story that wasn't touched on by anyone until a video clip was discovered with the ambulance leaving Graceland, a company was going to show Elvis a customized van that day and instead accidentally filmed his ambulance roaring out of Graceland headed for the hospital. Threw a heck of a lot of work Billy the spa guy actually found the ambulance ! And now thanks to you, the spa guy, and Jordan the lion we get to hear a whole new set of stories and facts about the man himself Elvis!
Hearing Joey talking about talking with Lisa Marie at Elvis' funeral (as young kids) is so sad as Lisa Marie just died. Thanks for a fascinating video.
Elvis trashed his body, particularly after he discovered the joys of Dilaudid, a heroin derivative...and also, he really liked his banana and peanut butter toasted sandwiches!
I was little when he passed. My folks and I were at a gathering. Someone came in and said Elvis died. The whole room went silent. No one knew what to say...it was so quiet...then everyone went to the tv. I will never forget that.
Even though Elvis died before I was born, I love his music and him. It is hard to believe that someone that was so loved and idolized by so many died at such a young age. Things like this really make up look at our own mortality. Good job Scott. Great video! 💙💙
Ok, you did get to see the ambulance. May we all live lives that give richly so we all have something to have. Elvis seems like he was a kind-hearted person. Thanks for sharing Scott.
My dad died on the same exact day as Elvis in 1977 when I was just 22 months old. My mom was a huge Elvis fan and then finds my dad dead on our farm later that same day. So Aug 16th is never a good day for my family. Love your videos.
Lala I'm so sorry about your dad. I like your Mom am a huge Elvis fan. I grew up listening to Elvis & watching his movies. If I live to be 200 yrs old I would never forget what I was doing when I found out he died. I had just had surgery so I could have children. I was by myself laying in a hospital bed and looking at the TV and it scrolled across the bottom of the screen. I was devastated! It was like I had lost a family member. July 4th of 1978 my son was born.
Hi Scott, hope your well, that was the day the music died. A music legend forever. RIP Elvis. Extremely well missed. Thank you Scott, your a legend for taking us there. Xxxxx
I was brushing my 14 month old daughter's hair, the TV was on and they said Elvis had died. It seemed like time froze for a minute I couldn't believe it. Thank you Scott this was an amazing video. I look forward to watching your Elvis video, and all your videos ❤
I would have liked to hear the 911 call. I don't think I'll ever be able to go there for the tour. I live in South Africa. Thank you so much for the incredible video Scott.❤
Wow! I never knew that all of that stuff was existed. I am going to have to take a trip there and see it. It is so heartbreaking and tragic. The whole world was stunned by the news of him passing. My mom and dad still remember that day clearly. My dad passed a few years ago but he would tell me stories of hearing the sad news. My heart still goes out to all who knew Elvis. He was loved and is still loved my millions.
Thank you Scott, I've been an Elvis fan since 1968, I was 4 and I was 13 when he passed, I've gotten to know alot of the people from the funeral home, but this tape blows my mind, only 2 objects have alluded me 1) the ambulance 2) the 77 Cadillac hearse which was destroyed in a fire being delivered to a new owner, I can't thank you and Billy and Joey and his family enough.
I was going on 15 years old when Elvis passed away. It's still hard to believe that he died so young, but he accomplished so much during his short life. RIP my friend 🙏
Wow! Awesome video! My 17 year old son has an old soul and likes Elvis! Will definitely be showing him this video later today! Thank you Scott for all your amazing work! 😁
I love you Elvis forever. I was a kid 5 years old when you died and my heart was broken. I would play your albums everyday. You brought me so much happiness.
I remember that day. All the reporting on TV and WCBS-FM 101.5 in New York, which was the Oldies station, paying tribute to Elvis and me walking around in disbelief. I was getting ready for my Freshman year in college.
My hometown! This was totally awesome and I never knew there was an actual 911 call that existed. I wasn't born yet but I love this bit of history. Good job Scott 👏🏾
According to the autopsy report Elvis passed away early that morning. Thank you Scott. I watch the Spa Guy alot. He is really good. Rest in peace Elvis. We still love you and miss you 💕
So looking forward to seeing that museum the next time I am in Memphis. The Smith Family (Joey, Danny, Billy and Jo) are such wonderful people!!!! The 911 call is so heartbreaking.
I don't know why I kept skipping over this, until today. Amazing footage. I've read a lot about the day Elvis died but, this made me feel like I was there. Thanks again Scott for another great one. 💜💜💜
Awesome!! I love Elvis. Went to Nashville last year and did the RCA Studio tour. They let you sit at the piano that Elvis would sit at to warm up. He tried to buy it when he moved to a new studio but RCA wouldnt let him. Said not even for the great Elvis will we sell this. They talk about he had different colors in the studio for the type of song he recorded. The best story was when they were trying to convince Elvis to record are you lonesome tonight. He didn’t want to- said it didn’t suit him. The producer finally got him to agree but Elvis said, only 1 take- that is it. They asked what color lights and Elvis said only lights on our music stand. Next time you listen to that song, at the end you will hear a faint thump. That was Elvis bumping his head in the microphone when he leaned forward, as the instrumental was concluding so they couldn’t take it out. Because Elvis said they could only do 1 take, they had to leave it in.
Wow Scott, so amazing!! What a nice gentleman (Elvis 2and cousin) at start of video..Thank You so much!! Very heartbreaking as well..I love Elvis always!! I was 4 yrs old!😥
It's still makes me sad. Being so young when he died it still stuns me that he was only 42. He was passed before his ride in the ambulance, death wasn't made official until there was a doctor present for official declaration of death. The erroneous t.o.d. I think caused a lot of the mystery and conspiracy theories to be born, he was so famous and so loved but he was a very sick, drug addicted human being. I think part of his issues seemed from the people around him that used him, abused him and forgot that, despite him being larger than life, he was just a man. An extremely good looking, extremely talented man.
You're an incredible and awesome person Scott you personally fill my life with hope and love just through your videos! Elvis was and is a god ❤ I had tears seeing the ambulance amazing work always followed you from the beginning and always will Scott take care 💜❤🙏
Oh Scotty. My heart started beating so fast when I saw the title of this video. As you know I am one of the biggest fans of Elvis. Have to mention my kids too. They all love Elvis very much. I am waiting to go back to Graceland as soon as we are allowed to leave Australia. Been there twice and have to go again. Actually was going to ask you about going to Graceland when you were showing us you were in Tennessee but I did not want to bother you. I have watching and communicating with Spa Guy for quite some time. Haven’t seen the ambulance yet but can’t wait. This video done by you is incredible. I didn’t know whether to cry or be happy because I was watching the ambulance from so close and with you talking about it made it more special. I did feel some emptiness inside me. Thanks Scotty for this one. Really special for me. Waiting for your other Elvis videos to come. Will you be going to Tupelo? I loved it there. I just couldn’t leave the statue of young Elvis there. He was so real. All the best Scotty. Lots of love from your family Downunder.,🇦🇺❤️🤗✌🏼💕🙏🏼
Aww I’m so glad you liked it Karen! I’ve got some great Elvis ones coming this week in honor of his birthday . No Tupelo visit on this trip but I have a video from there on my channel. The next video is CRAZY!
I've heard he was such a generous guy. So sweet and kind and genuine. He also loved he heavy rock. He loved led Zeppelin and pink Floyd. Think he invited one the band's to his house. Damn cool .
9:27 Scott, I'm glad you verified that Elvis was not still in that ambulance -- dead or alive. Extremely interesting footage for any Elvis fan. Also, I can take pc screenshot pics of the inside ambulance. Please don't let anyone know I violated the 'no pic' policy.
I have some of his movies I’m still trying to get all of them. I’m just an old soul and love black and white movies and older movies. His movies are really good
That was awesome 🤩 I’m in Australia so might not be able to get there to hear that 911 call but what an amazing experience it would be ! Thankyou so much 👍
Nice!! I’m going to check that out this year. Hopefully I get the chance to meet the spa guy! Crazy cool Elvis videos. Glad to see you were able to make it there 😎🤙🤙
I'm so glad that Billy the Spa Guy and Globetrotting With Trey found the ambulance and have it at the Tigerman Karate Dojo Museum!!! It is such an important piece of Music History!!! My 2 sons and I were there back in October 2021. It's an AMAZING place, and all Elvis fans should see it!!! Thanks, Scott!!!
I remember watching a video not long ago with Spa Guy cleaning the ambulance and talking about how it was found. Hope to make it down there one day. Great video Scott and safe travels buddy!
This was amazing, Scott!! I too have watched the spa guys video. I have to tell you that I am a HUGE Elvis fan..Like along the lines of how much you love Eminem. That huge. Maybe bigger, and just hearing the few seconds of that 911 call made me tear up. This is a great video. I look forward to the next, and I can’t wait to see what you and Joey come up with!!
I love Elvis. Absolutely love and adore him. Who doesn’t! I’m only 34 I wish I could travel back in time and go see him in concert lol 🎵 great video as usual Scott🖤
Like so many others I never knew the tape existed so thank you for sharing of it what you could. Its also quite amazing that this ambulance was sitting in a field and was rescued. Good thing it was in the mid south because if it were here in Michigan there wouldnt be much left of it because of salting roads and all...it would be rusted away and it is fantastic condition considering its age! Thanks Scott...great video!
In nursing school, My BSN, RN nurse instructor told us she assisted in his autopsy. She told us how he died. He was severely constipated, and there's a nerve that he put too much pressure on which caused a heart attack. His official cause of death is heart attack, but actually, he had many health issues from the drugs. Enlarged heart, diseased liver, and low functioning kidneys.
Yea he has a toxic megacolon didn't he ? Some kind of cardiac arrest from that ? So sad I've heard he would have accidents on stage and have multiple if the same costume so if he did he could get changed because they gave him all these laxatives. Poor man today he'd likely be alive
And he wasn't fat at all it was literally all bloating from that constipation. What was the autopsy like ? My goodness that is interesting. Sounds morbid but I find that interesting. Takes people like us !
@Victoria as a kid out school bus went pass his mansion nearly everyday and some days we saw a fat white obese male strongly looking like Elvis driving a golf cart on the property....I'm sorry Elvis was out of shape period
Hey Scott. I finished this video and watched the discovery of the ambulance on another channel shortly after. The other channel described the find as "the holy grail". Not the holy grail of finds in my opinion but more special than what most youtubers would dedicate time and effort to which real interested parties/viewers appreciate. Keep up the hard work man. You surprise my family on a monthly basis. Very much appreciated.
I remember this so distinctly. I had just moved to the south from up North. I just came in from school and it was announced and I could not stop watching and couldn't believe what I was hearing...😢
Ambulance is a sign of hope....I too was in a bad accident in 2003 & couldn't be careflighted because the weather was too bad......as soon as I heard the sirens I kinda relaxed.
WOW it seems like I have seen this ambulance 🚑 before in A different video. It's still really sad that Elvis died so young. I would absolutely love to hear the 911 call. I think that it's super cool that they ended up with the actual ambulance that transported Elvis from his home to baptist hospital 🏥. Thank you Scott for sharing this with me ‼️ Have a awesome evening ‼️👍🏽.
Great work on this video, Scott! Billy (Spa Guy) does fantastic work and research with his Elvis videos. I myself got to get to the Tiger Man Museum in the very near future. That call is definitely something. To think is exists today is simply amazing.
I love this❤️ I love his accent and how educated he is about everything it’s really amazing✨ such a great piece of history and I don’t know why when you were showing the inside of the ambulance I heard this song 🔮when fools rush in but I don’t know if that is by Elvis or not😂 it’s strange August 16 is my sister’s birthday my grandmother is like a super fanatic of Elvis I know Elvis his last days were really hard he missed Purcella a lot💔 When you came up on the 911 call I wanted to click off I actually might I’m not sure yet I just feel that anticipation of sadness he was such a fine man I love Southern accents
I enjoyed watching this about Elvis I always missing cuz he was always my favorite one and I paid for the family every day I wish I could go where he used to live in in Memphis area you know so I wish I could have met him in person so really liked him a lot he was always my favorite God bless everyone in his family bye and thanks for showing this to us too
I wish my dad could have lived long enough to take him here. He would have absolutely loved it. I think I have told you before that he was a big Elvis Presley fan. RIP 🙏 dad 03-17-93
Thank you Scott, very interesting , I remember that Day Elvis died I was just 10 years old, but it's stuck out in my memory like was yesterday only, I remember being so sad. Wish I could one day before I die visit this area, its just a dream for me though, as I'm in England.
Remember it like it was yesterday.....I was listening to WLS radio station in Chicago, and baking a chocolate cake. When it broke over the radio at 3:30 in the afternoon. It was a week and a half before the first day of school started. It was hot and I'd spent the day sunbathing and swimming in our pool. My step dad had dropped of frozen pizza for supper and had just left the house. My Mom didn't get off work till 4 pm. I called her at work to tell her, then called my Dad to tell him...and ask him to pick me up early the next day. I wanted to go home...I was only visiting my Mom and brothers. I was due to stay a week. When I heard the news I just wanted to be with my Dad!!! We were very close and my Dad was a huge Elvis fan. Elvis music was always being played at our house! As I became a teenager, my nickname became Moody Blue....I know you can guess why! With Lusa having passed, it is time to return to Graceland! We are planning a mid May, early June visit, before it gets to hot!
Hi Scott!! I love your channel, keep doing what you do!! I live in Santa Monica, but my hometown is West Memphis AR, just across the bridge from Memphis.
I was 11 years old when he died my family was in a woodsy park having fun eating BBQ my dad and mom told us it was time to go home we walked about a mile home me and my sisters took a bath to clean up after getting all muddy up got into our fresh PJS went to the Front room to watch Happy Days then Walter Cronkite broke in with the news that Elvis was dead my parents broke down and cried and pulled out there stacks of Elvis Presley vinyl albums turn the TV off and play them all night long crying there eyes out way into the midnight as us girls did till we fell asleep
Hi Scott. Great videos as always! Really enjoy watching. I hope you see this as I wanted to ask have you ever thought about doing a video on the KEDDIE CABIN murders? Thanks again for the brilliant videos. 👍😎 🏴
This video is very interesting. The incredible footage of the ambulance that took Evils to the hospital is interesting. I'm an E.M.T. I drive an ambulance every day! Evils was amazing he absolutely positively had an beautiful voice! He definitely was an fantastic actor! I love watching old Evils movie's! He'll greatly be missed! Rest in Peace Evils! RIP!
I remember seeing a video when they found this it was a mess just sitting on that property. What a find! Good thing someone snapped that photo! 100 grand!💸 I remember when he died, I was very little my mom was crying and it scared and confused me! She said to me EVERYBODY loved Elvis!!!!!💓 Years later my son was born on August 16th! Thanks Scott another great vlog!👍😀
Fascinating video Scott, thank you for sharing it. Who knew there was a recording of the telephone call for an ambulance? I've never heard about that before, but I suppose it's not something you think about. Again, thanks for this, I shall certainly be watching the video by the Spa Guy 😊
Wow. Very interesting stuff right here. Elvis was very young. I know someone who’s an Elvis fan I will have to share this video. Another banger video scott. Great work
R.I.P Elvis. Scott you always give the upmost respect to the dead. Ty for all you do.❤
I remember the day he died in detail. I was 19 years old and I was devastated …I mean devastated! Thank you Scott….I love all you do .
Spa Guy, they call him the Elvis Detective. His Elvis stories are solid as he goes the extra mile to authenticate stories on Elvis. He discovered the Ambulance that took Elvis to the Hospital.

I met Joey, Danny, Billy and Jo Smith all family of Elvis. Very nice down to earth people.
This is incredible that you got this footage! I have never seen the actual pictures, the 911 call and ambulance taking Elvis from his home to the hospital. And talking to his cousin that was there that day! Amazing! Looking forward to the rest of your story! Great job Scott! RIP Elvis.

The thing is...Elvis died at his home, on the toilet. Taking him to a hospital was just a formality at that point.
Hearing Joey talking about talking with Lisa Marie at Elvis' funeral (as young kids) is so sad as Lisa Marie just died. Thanks for a fascinating video.
Elvis is a legend! He was so handsome and so talented. It's so sad that he died so young. You did an amazing job Scott.
Elvis trashed his body, particularly after he discovered the joys of Dilaudid, a heroin derivative...and also, he really liked his banana and peanut butter toasted sandwiches!

Oh no so sorry about your dad. That must be a horrible day for your mom.
Great Video. It Would be interesting to also track down the Ambulance used in the film "This Is Elvis" 1981.
It's always boggles my mind that these types of vehicles and collectables exist. Terrific coverage Scott!
Hi Scott, hope your well, that was the day the music died. A music legend forever. RIP Elvis. Extremely well missed. Thank you Scott, your a legend for taking us there. Xxxxx

Wow that’s crazy!
Very touched. Thank you for sharing. I remember where I was when it came over the radio.
How was a deal reached with the police officer who has it.
Nice!! I’m going to check that out this year. Hopefully I get the chance to meet the spa guy! Crazy cool Elvis videos. Glad to see you were able to make it there 😎🤙🤙

There’s a link to the spa guy’s video here yes. He helped me a ton with this video

Not the holy grail of finds in my opinion but more special than what most youtubers would dedicate time and effort to which real interested parties/viewers appreciate. Keep up the hard work man. You surprise my family on a monthly basis. Very much appreciated.
Thank you so much Daryl !
Hey Scott, dang I was about 3yrd old when he died!😭 Do sad, such a talented musician.🌹RIP Elvis Aaron Presley🌹
I remember this so distinctly. I had just moved to the south from up North. I just came in from school and it was announced and I could not stop watching and couldn't believe what I was hearing...😢
Applause another Amazing Watch Scott, I really need to get to Graceland STAT for an Elvis tour
I remember that day. another great video Scott!
Wow hell of a video man
Cool video dude!!
Eerie but exhilarating at the same time. Great find Scott 👏
Thank you Lisa !
I love Elvis
Thank you for sharing love it.
Wow!! Amazing they still have that ambulance!! 😮😮
Wow Scott! This was great! I did not know this place existed until now. Awesome video!! Thank you so much for doing this!
I went there on my recent Memphis trip. That recording gave me chills.
I enjoyed watching this about Elvis I always missing cuz he was always my favorite one and I paid for the family every day I wish I could go where he used to live in in Memphis area you know so I wish I could have met him in person so really liked him a lot he was always my favorite God bless everyone in his family bye and thanks for showing this to us too
What a legend for doing this video..❤️
It's amazing what survives in peoples' collection and to have the actual 911 call is bizarre.
Awesome video as usual! Peace and love🙏❤ stay safe
Wow Scott this is so cool. My mom is a huge Elvis fan. She has a few elvis collectibles, including Marilyn Monroe, 3 stooges, & I love Lucy ❣️
Ty for sharing! Great video!
I wish my dad could have lived long enough to take him here. He would have absolutely loved it. I think I have told you before that he was a big Elvis Presley fan. RIP 🙏 dad 03-17-93
ELVIS FOREVER
He was dead way before the ambulance arrived
they are permanatly closed now :( Going to memphis next week and was hoping to hear the clip and see everything
Nice! I spent a few days in west Memphis recently . And I love Santa Monica I should be there in the spring !

If I'm not mistaking he was getting ready to fly to Vegas for his 1st concert after a long hiatus the following day.
Hi Scott. Great videos as always! Really enjoy watching. I hope you see this as I wanted to ask have you ever thought about doing a video on the KEDDIE CABIN murders? Thanks again for the brilliant videos. 👍😎 🏴
I have indeed. Hopefully one day I get to
This video is very interesting.
RIP!
It's Elvis not evils. You keep spelling the name wrong. Please use the edit button and fix it. Thanks.
Great work
Thank you Christina !
I remember when Spa Guy found it. So glad it’s been saved and now back home. Thanks Scott!👍
