    Mili your workouts are soooooo amazing and so helpful! They motivate me so much to go until I am dying hahahaha and I need them for pushing to my edge! Pleaaaaaaase give us more of those! Thank you so so so much! Helping me to become stronger for climbing. :D

    Yay an easy workout. I’m hoping I’ll be able to follow along without too much struggle. But knowing Stefanie it’s probably a really advanced workout that’s simple for her. 💜 Lots of love from England Stefanie.

    I just completed it, it's really awesome! Thanks for sharing your wisdom among mortals! The only thing I would say it's that in between left right stretches and side squats variation, some mortals may feint moving their head that fast (blood pressure it's a thing between lazybones like me) please keep sharing this videos 🙏

    Well Steffi, the workload is doeable but the form is unreachable, respect. 💪 ...leg lifts - no chance for me.

      Thank you so much! I really try to perform the exercises as perfectly as possible. I do understand that one has to be really flexible to do that.

    I mean, you can try make a "lift & carry" partner/couples workout vid.
    Are you strong enough for give a heavier guy a piggyback ride mabey with try to deep squats or carry up and down stairs?

    These leg lifts are nearly impossible as a guy if you tr yto do it as you leaning forward with the arms :D
