The only thing I would say it's that in between left right stretches and side squats variation, some mortals may feint moving their head that fast (blood pressure it's a thing between lazybones like me) please keep sharing this videos 🙏

These leg lifts are nearly impossible as a guy if you tr yto do it as you leaning forward with the arms :D
