Great first in the series. As others have said, f you could provide a little more unique info about the history of the line or stations that would be great.
For the curious...the Times Square end of the shuttle is where the original stop was before the subway turned north and went north along Broadway. Also, on the western end of the Times Square platform (near the connection area to all trains), you will see the drawn-out outlines of where the middle two tracks used to be.
Was wondering the same thing. Those lines on Lex are going to be a pain. I’ll eventually do the Frankie but it won’t be the next video in the series. I have a few others planned before it.
I really like that the renovated shuttle platform at Times Square has a connection to the 6th Avenue line, it's really practical. From what I understand, you can actually walk from 5th to 8th Avenues through the different subway stations and stay underground the entire time!
The connection between Track 1 of the GC Shuttle and Track 1 at 33rd St is not used in regular service…. Garbage collection trains and equipment transfers use it fairly regularly ( retired motorman here BTW)
Longest Subway Line in the world
I definitely like this new series. You can actually share interesting facts along the route
The 42nd Street shuttle is one of the best trains I have taken! I love how frequent it is
Great idea, more commentary between stations and stations on history would be cool too

I’m considering doing a video on the line in the opposite direction. If that happens, I’ll be sure to add a little more information in.
This line was part of the original IRT subway route from City Hall to 145th Street that opened in 1904.

Dope video. The Franklin Avenue shuttle could be the next video. I don't know how you're gonna do the Lex Ave line 😂

I like the new series! Keep on!
I like the Airport shuttle like feeling to the ride.

Hey, MysticTransit, I took the 42nd Street Shuttle from Grand Central-42nd Street to Times Square-42nd Street on Track 4 only, not track 1!
Amazing video ❤❤❤❤❤
On track one it extends further beyond grand central. Where does it go?
It connects with 1 Track (SB LCL) on the Lexington Line.
4 Track also continues past Times Square, connecting with 4 Track on the 7th Avenue Line.
@MysticTransit can you do a video where it is shown. Because I seen broad street connection to the r train beyond Whitehall

As for Track 4 at Times Square you can stand at the crossover ramp and watch the NB #1 trains pass by regularly
Also the 2 3 some times the 5 trains run on the seventh Ave
Millions and millions of people misses the veiw.
Take care of that throat/lung issue!
