- Geauga Lake means the world to me, so I wanted to do right by these rides and offer a ranking video from someone who has actually ridden them!
What were your favorite Geauga Lake coasters? If you've never been, what rides do you wish you could ride the most?

Big Dipper was my first favorite coaster, and is the reason I am a coaster enthusiast. Pieces of it can still be seen at the restaurant Mike’s place in Kent OH.
Geauga Lake is a huge part of my childhood and up to my early 20s.
1. Batman 2. Villian 3. Big dipper 4. Xflight 5. Superman 6. Serial thriller 6. Raging Wolf Bobs 7. Double loop 8. Mind eraser 9. Cork screw
Not defunct but I miss when Boulder Dash was all wood. I’ve ridden her at least 10+ times and that feels like a fraction of the amount of times I’d be willing to ride her. The titan track is very important maintenance wise, I understand that, but the wood will be missed. It gave it that out of control bite. Rumbling down the track at those speeds was incredible. My favorite wooden coaster of the ones I’ve ridden, even placing above Ghost Rider.
I know what you mean! It’s a weird balance between having a different ride experience vs losing the ride all together. I’ve never ridden Boulder Dash, but it is in my Top 10 bucket list

@@DefunctCoasters Yeah it was pretty cool. I was able to walk through the park as it was being demolished and it was strange. I grew up going there as I live about 25 minutes from where it was. He did keep a few pieces of the track and some of the wood that was in better condition, I even have a small piece he gave me because I helped him demolish it. He even has one of the trains in storage!
