I've watched your whole Journey with the seabird in a few days... So much has Changed.. you've worked so hard and should be extremely proud (i know you are, she looks beautiful), at the beginning Stuart Seemed very stressed and didn't get very involved with the videos, now he makes my husband and I laugh out loud with his dry sense of humour and one liners.. Marina is a very beautiful person.. but over time seen a real human side to her, and that even though she's full of smiles, it's a difficult process and it's not always 'Rainbows'.. We think you're both lovely people and can't wait to see the inside progress. Sending you positivity xx
I am 77 in NZ and watch you and similar channels to live my 2nd (imaginary) youth. I did have a friend who went sailing in the 70s, while I was busy raising kids. He was sunk off Australia after hitting a container at night which quenched any sailing aspirations. Incidents like this shape how a life story develops despite grand plans. The real message is to pursue your dreams and sail Seabird into your future! Good luck and I will be here watching and enjoying your adventure.

Aluminium ìs like a nudist...it likes to be naked.... no matter how you prepare it it will start oxidising and cause the coating to flake off. If water gets under paint or fairing the aluminium literally turns to paste. Keep it bare and give it a polished now and then if you like. You have come so far, done so much! Well done! 🎉🎉🎉
I really enjoyed the tour of your project boat and seeing the progress you have made. I have followed every week but didn't realize all the work you have accomplished. I do miss you and Stuart digging in the bins like you used to do. Take your time and enjoy your life together, you compliment each other and make a lovely couple. What a thorough recapitulation of the work you have done and the work you plan to do for the refit on ! I've rebuilt decks on the sailboats I've owned, but I've never engaged myself in such a keel-to-deck refit the way you two have. I admire your good-natured perseverance. Onward and upward!

If RUclips has become your job, you guys ought to treat it as such. If I was getting burned out, I’d start limiting myself to only working so many hours. A lot of ppl put in 40hrs each week, and have a couple days to getaway from their job. That can be a little tricky when you live on the job site, 😂 so I get it, and see how it can become 7 days a week. Regardless, boat look great, you two ought to be proud of what you’ve accomplished, see ya in the next video.

Besides, it'll be winter soon, not the best time to do a lot of work - do some anyway, but take some time to just ... do not much at all. Do nothing. Just, I dunno, chill, have a cup of tea, read a book, read two books, have the hot chocolate. Heck, have the whipped cream with that.

The longer you take the harder the hull copper coat gets so you have that going for you. That said, the last bit of any project generates most of the stress as the lolly evaporates into thin air. She looks much better. Soldier on mates.
Remarkable progress. I know from some home construction projects the imagination “sails” far ahead of the physical progress. As you’ve been doing, take one day at a time. One of the great things about the English language is that it is very elastic and you can create new words at will without too many repercussions.

The longer you take the harder the hull copper coat gets so you have that going for you. That said, the last bit of any project generates most of the stress as the lolly evaporates into thin air.
