Vintage reel to reel tape recorder repair

I got SSSR reel to reel tape recorder called "ILET-110". It doesn't work unfortunately, I had to print out one tape holder for it and fix the electric circuit. However, it works poorly and needs a major repair and restoration. Considering that I have a lot to do and 100 and one more things, there is no time for this. However, I repair it from time to time, but more I see, it requires a very serious approach!
