Trucking Through Life thank you and that's awesome. Highly recommended and good time bc the 20s are about to hit the lots. Let me know if you have anything you'd like me to cover
Hey man enjoyed the video. My question is do you still have the stage one time on your truck after the last few years? And if so did your MPG change at all after the tune?
I enjoyed your honest comments. I want to get a Shelby Baja Raptor but, I want a V8. So I am awaiting Ford to decide on that. Wish you would make a video of the detailing of your Raptor. Love the information, keep it up.
Brian K. I hear ya, can't beat the sound of a V8. Everytime I see gen 1s I think of that. Well if you're looking for a Shelby Baja raptor you should reach out to texasmotorx here in Texas. They partned with Ford & Petty's garage to build a V8 raptor that is unreal.
David Figs I ended up getting the stage 2 for 93 oct. I haven’t received it just yet but I’ll let you know how it goes. Keep up the great videos David. The key fob hidden compartment through me for a loop.....lol!
My warranty is up in December and I am looking to put a Stage 2 tune on. I know you have the Stage 1, but other than the slight performance differences how do you like it? My question is... will it allow me to change the overall top speed and essentially remove the govener?
You know that's a great question... I'm not entirely sure. I'd reach out to Cobb or any tuner you decide to go with and ask. Overall I like it, definitely feel the difference in performance and shifting.
What’s up David. Small world. That is me finding you on RUclips today. Looking at a Cobb AP and stumbled on your video. Recall we met at Wyoming trail days
Steve Bennett technically any aftermarket part can void your warranty..highly dependent on the dealership. There is a law that stats they have to prove what was put on the car - broke the car. If you don't trust your dealership or not wanting to potentially risk it, do not tune your truck
Looking at purchasing a Raptor, your videos have been really helpful. Congratulations on the new addition!!

The equivalent of “thank you for listening to my Ted talk”

Honest review. Thanks.
Bill Beverly thanks Bill!
Great video David! I just ordered mine to install. Congrats on the baby girl!!
Forever Crazy Family thank you! Awesome did you order the stage 1? Or stage 2 with the IC? Let me know your thoughts on it

Kirk Johnson kirk! Yah man of course I remember. I actually just put up a video I made for the Wyoming trail days.
Do these tunes void the warranty?
Steve Bennett yes.

How do you get smoother shifts?
Cobb has a TCM built into their tunes.
