Regardless of the negative comments and such harsh critics behind the keyboards, the hairstyle did fit the model. Clips show a little yeah, I'm sure that has happened to many. She's trying to share her love for hair and her take on old Hollywood. Give her some credit. Much love
I have watched so many hair tutorials on RUclips and I have to say this is one of the best results I’ve seen anywhere. I don’t know why people are cranky in their comments but this woman’s technique is on POINT. I would love to see more from her.
What's with all nasty negative comments?? As a fellow stylist I would say this is a very Beautiful take on old Hollywood curls, she's done a great job.
Completely agree. I've done hairdressing too and safe to say they are glam waves! Some people just have no clue I guess.. Especially learning all the styles through the decades in college.. But what do hairdressers know 🙄🙄
Im doing this to myself for my best friend's wedding! Hopefully it will turn out half as good as this....Very helpful video....I love this curls so muchhhh! Thanks for sharing this 😊😊
Very close, but not quite there. The raised S-wave at the front was great, but the rest of the hair needed to be brushed out and molded into continuous waves
Did you fast forward this video at some point? I can't remember that it was this fast, that is to bad, this was my favorite chill video! (ASMR, I know it's not, but I always got so relaxed!) please undo it a bit and write when people who would like to do this knows when to skip to, I bet that I am not alone 😍 I saw this every night last year to chill down for a stressful workday! Love it, lovely video and hairdo! /love from Sweden
They look more like Hollywood retro curls then waves or ringlets. Old Hollywood hairstyles were More ringlety and natural this hairstyle she’s created is beautiful and fantastic🔥👀but it’s not a old Hollywood look cause the old Hollywood look was more brushed out.
came across this video looking for help on how to do this style and im so grateful ❤️ also whoever commented on her lips needs to GET A LIFE.... what are you low lives doing all day?? why do you not have more productive things to do with your sad and pathetic lives than trolling and leaving hateful comments on people’s videos... this beautiful girl is trying to help your ugly asses learn how to fix your hair.. you didn’t like it then move on with your life and don’t leave hateful comments because an ugly soul = ugly face so you are only hurting yourselves 😊 and honestly if you all are such professionals on hair why are you watching this video in the first place 🧐
People are just mean. Instead of giving her tips and tricks, people are coming for her. In the front, in order to get volume, you should use a root lift when you’re blow drying and blow dry her hair to the opposite side. She really didn’t need extensions unless she just wanted the blonde extensions to blend with her hair. It’s better to brush her hair out and if she has flyaways, use a little bit of gloss to tame them. Make sure you emulsify the gloss before putting it in her hair. You didn’t need to pin the other side. You could have curled her hair like you did the other side and form her hair behind her ears afterwards. Next time, try to put the extensions a little bit closer to her roots. If you are going to form the curls, it is best to use a Working Spray. People are going to be mean but you have to learn how to ignore them. I’m a Licensed Cosmetologist and a few of my clients get this style for military balls and prom season. It’s really hard not to put Bobby pins in your mouth. It takes a lot of practice. I use the duckbill clips you use. You really don’t need any Bobby pins for this hair style.
I think the model has hair a bit too long for a traditional pageboy from the 40-50s (think Dita Von Teese). It’s definitely not a pageboy, there should not be the individual curls like she shows. I think it is a pretty style but it’s just not true vintage.
Not the best tutorial I've seen if I'm honest. Firstly, the look is really about molded waves, directed away from the face. The front is too elevated IMO, and you can see the hair extension on the left peeking through.

Jane thank you for watching ❤️👌🏻
A lil disappointing to watch this entire video and it not really be vintage old Hollywood waves. The front C section is the only thing that's vintage.
She is lousy... her work is messy
awesome!!!! more videos please!!!
LOVED THIS TUTORIAL! PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO ON HOW YOU STYLE YOUR HAIR. HOW YOU WORE IT IN THIS VIDEO (EVERYDAY HAIR TUTORIAL). THANKS!
Very pretty
Great video
Loved thissss😍😍
every time i try this it all way ends up frizzy whens go to comb them out can someone help me and give my tips on what to do?
darren rowan Just when you think you're done brushing you have to brush some more. Tame the fizz by brushing against your other hand.
When I do them on mine I brush down slowly but keep my hand on the formed waves.. Hairspray usually helps keep it locked in place 😊
D-Dog Rogers I use Paul Mitchell Gloss Drops
how long do you leave the pins in when its setting
Olivia Jenkins Until the hair is down at roomtemperature:)
that was awesome
Fasting CanD thank you love
How long does this stay
Andrea Delfino it depends on what products are used and how the client maintains her hair.

This is not old Hollywood
❤️
Her hair is too long for Old Hollywood hair and this is kind of a mess.
Nice👏🦋💕

Too much hair for the style to authentic.
