Dear Sir, After putting oil & ghee to the pot, chinamon stick, Cardamom, were added along with 7 pcs of green chillies. Mr. Ubaidulla explained the quantity but it was in Tamil (which I could not catch up). So kindly let me know in your reply. Also while cooking rice, salt, food colour and one more thing was added to the water (which salt was used and what was the third ingredient added to the water for boiling rice to 50 percent). Will appreciate your kindness, if you can remove my queries in your reply. Thanks in advance.
