Hello ! I really must congratulate and thank you for sharing your recipe and technique. Its simply amazing and gives a lot of inspiration for us to try at home. A fear I've personally had is cooking the meat in the fashion you do....worrying that the rice would get severely overcooked by the time the meat gets cooked. I will however try your method. Could you share with me : 1. The timing of cooking on the stove and then what is next ? 2. The weight you have put on top of the cover. 3. You must teach us your special Hyderabadi Garam Masala recipe....knowledge is meant to be shared...many of us may never get the opportunity to eat from your delightful restaurant Thank you once again. Look forward to hearing from you.
Hey Imran ! Great job and wonderfully explained . Have seen many Hyderabadi preparation videos but you have gone into the details to describe the whole process and its pretty evident that you guys have spent a good deal of time to bring out the results . Keep going bud!
Hi buddy, I love history and I am a foody. Hats off to you for saying that biryani was an army food in medieval times. I too believe that biryani was a food served in army camps. I will will visit u soon!
Nice proportion measured ingredients, also individually adding and mixes nice method. Garam masala is though you said secret but it is no secret. Sufiyani Biryani mostly in Bangala desh side. Haidrabad has it own flavor. Thanks for sharing.
A neat presentation. Liked your way of cool explanation without ba kground music and over action. Will try your biryani. All the best. U can become actor also....

Nice explanation
I loved the way u demonstrated the recipe ! Super yummy ! How much basmati rice did u use for 1/2 kg mutton ?
I guess if the mutton/ chicken / veg is half kg than rice should be also half kg.
Well explained. 👍
pure genius
I think the chef has added meat tenderizer if not it will not cook in 15 mins. Chicken is ok but not mutton.
Great video, excellent commentary
wonderful, mouthwatering biryani
Tasted awesome too brother
We love you guys here in Iran 🇮🇷
Ni
No other dish like biryani
This looks fantastic! Could you tell me how much longer you would have to cook both the biryani's if you dont put the weight on it? Thanks.
Looks delicious.
Excellent
The best part of this biryani is that it does not have too much masala and no oil at all. But does the meat not stick?
Well described
Hey Imran.. Good video bro...
Delicious
Great bro 👌👍
very nice job
I think mutton will take more time to cook( around 30 to 40 min ) but how he managed within 20 min that too with half boiled rice in the pot ?

Street Byte but bro.....rice is already half cooked.....again 20 min he's cooking rice with weight above ????
Yes thats the Magic of Dum Biryani. Rice is always half Cooked in Dum Biryani Preparation...
Absolute what ??
you can/always marinate the meat for at least 4-5 hrs to see better results and also cooking process quickly...
Thnx for Sharing..looks v yummy ..can you pls tell me how much weight u put on top of it ??
Goodjob ...great cooking...thanks n Love from USA. .
