Hi Gina! Just started watching your videos and subscribed. I do just home grooming for my own dog. You talk about the grooming arms. I bought an arm, but it didn't come with the bolt and hook that seems to be on your grooming arm. Where do you get one of those? Mine just has the retangular slots under the bottom of the top arm. I wasn't even sure how to use my grooming loops with those slots. Can you explain those in a video please?

Hi Sara, what a great question! Some arms come with the eye hook screwed into it, and others come with rectangular or oval cutouts. The idea is that you connect your loop between the cutouts, eliminating the need for the bolt and hook. There are some problems with option 2, but most connectors seem to work ok. I have this style in my bath and my over-the-table grooming arm, so if u need pics, send me an email at gina@ginasgrooming.com, and I will respond with details! Thanks 4 your question! 😊

So true, Cheryl, thank you so much for contributing! I agree, the grooming arm and loop makes dogs feel secure and safe. What a great point; thanks so much for your comment! 🐾
