I would think making the daisy chain exactly the length you want for a comfortable step would be ideal. That way you don't have a bunch of extra hanging all over the place

yeah its nice in some areas but i was annoyed with it catching on stick when going to stick number 2.... i wonder if a single moving aider that sinches to boot would be best. the daisy chain does climb nice. maybe a shorter strap would work better. think next year i am leaning towards 2 longs with cable aider and 1 double ( at least going to try it)
