I agree enthusiastically about Ukrainian food. Very, very tasty. As a native Californian, we always had access to great tasting food from many cultures, which is much enjoyed. And, I personally have traveled throughout Europe a number of times, must say that Ukrainian food is my favorite, Greek a close second. Having said that, the best food I’ve ever had is Southern (USA) Bar-b-cue. If you’ve never had it, and I hadn’t until my 50’s, you haven’t lived.

In the UK, we have traditional English food, mainly Fish & Chips, usually with a choice of Peas, Gravy or Curry,
But we are very multi-cultural and have traditional foods from many other countries, like Italian, Asian, Chinese/Cantonese, American, etc.
Where I live we have a food festival each year during the summer, which is full of traditional foods from around the world,
