Cuuute patterns!! Oh wow!! What a great free gift!! I remember you saying your ordered enough to get the mystery gifts! Good for you! I love FQS!! I love to cross stitch!! 😊🍓
I like those quilt patterns - the repeating or all over motiff makes for a really nice heirloom quilt, I think. The whole suprise kit is lovely! That seems like a really sturdy floss box that will stay shut nicely in a bag. The bag is huge! It looks like you could easily slip in a design board with a pattern & supplies. I'm not familiar with the Cosmo (?) flosses; would you say they are similar to DMC in texture and silkness/smoothness? I'm just getting into Cross stitch and am curious about the techniques & notions; your intro cross stitch videos are awesome! I'm thinking of joining the FQS Stitch Quarterly club; picked up a couple of the It's So Emma patterns & one of the club patterns - nice, clear & colorful, and easy to follow along. I read the box/bag sometimes has different fabrics and counts to try - bonus as a beginner!
I've been considering trying one of those clubs too. They look interesting. I haven't stitched with the Cosmo floss yet but I will say that I can tell a clear difference holding Cosmo and DMC in my hand together. Cosmo is much softer feeling but without being linty. I need to just pick a project and buy all cosmo floss for it and dive in so I can give a review. I'm so glad my cross stitch videos have been helpful. I've been considering putting out some basic "how to" type cross stitch videos for different things I've learned and am learning along the way. I can almost fit my largest q-snap fully assembled into that bag. It's huge! A design board should be no problem. I hadn't thought about repeating motifs being good heirloom quilts but I think you're right. They definitely have that feel to them. That makes me want to make them that much sooner.♥
Goodmorning! Nice haul!
Good morning and thank you. ☺
Great treats in your mystery box. I agree with you, then flosses are so lovely. Gorgeous colors.
Yes, I can't wait to use them. Fat Quarter Shop does a great job with their mystery stuff.

I think so too. I'm going to put it all to good use for sure. I'm really enjoying cross stitching. ☺
Every time I see a strawberry I think of you. xo
That's so sweet and makes me really happy. 🥰🍓
Holly is so sweet too!
@@marcydiver, yes she absolutely is. She's one of my favorite people to watch on youtube. A good stitchy friend even if we haven't met in real life.❤
I want the feather one. Love it.❤❤❤❤❤
I know, it's so pretty!
