What’s up, man? Great to hear from you! I have had my eye on the Kamado Joe Big Joe III for about 2 years. I’m sure I’ll upgrade at some point, but the Kong still cooks like a champ. I will definitely do some videos on how to start and maintain temps on any kamado/ceramic style grill.
