@OguzhanAbdioglu it's not that he didn't. He couldn't because of the effect of synchro summoning with Ursartic Polar Star, which negates the effects of all opponents monsters with levels from the extra deck.
Tbh the fact it had a card that straight up says “Draw 7” with zero strings attached except being deck locked and somehow the deck was still unplayable shows just how low the bar for a deck can be

I actually main deck a Pure Ursarctics deck with the only inclusions being some staples and exactly 2 kaijus. And I hardly end up bricking most of the time. I do win most of my games with this, besides the slight times I have to go second and my opponent sets up their entire negate board

Ah yes, they finally just said "Ursartics are just a 'no extra deck' archetype." I actually love this deck, but wish they would stop trying to mash it with Drytron. Ursartics want to tune in reverse, while drytron wants to ritual with ATK instead of levels. They both look amazing, but they just don't have the synergy to mesh well.
Well, actually, with the future support, you can use the Snake-Eyes to make Mu Beta to send Nu2 to summon itself to search Ursatron and then you have full combo

This reminds me of duels with Traptrix whete my opponent coukdn't out the field because they didn't read Rafflesia and Sera's effects. Oh yeah pop my fielf spell my Animation boss definitely isn't an even better version of it! Oh yeah use a TRAP CARD agaisnt my extra deck cards their definitely going to get Ice Dragoned!
Oh wow the Weather Painter player really looked like they were over thinking. After their monster was stolen, why remove all your cards to link summon again? The field was fine and they ruined it, which led them to removing skill drain to make up for the colossal misplay. Just a huge down hill spiral.
If you'd like to build resuce ace you'll probably pull these cards on the way. Ursarctic cards themselves are cheap, the therion engine used here is expensive though. No, from what I'm aware this deck can be powerful but it's not consistent.
Ok lets be clear here, if by good you mean meta, then the answer is no. Pure ursatic is also fun, but it's like playing blue eyes deck, lots of high atk monster but basically no protection. This guy here combine therion engine into ursatic, so it will have lots of interuption. Also the decklist (if you remove therion) ursatic is pretty cheap too
Do us a favor and play that deck on Yugioh Omega against top tier players. This deck will get stompped. Sword Soul never plays white whale it plays Chixiao, Barron, and blackout
Nope, in many times,being as pure as possible is the strengh of many decks-less brick, better followed up, has lots of synergistic cards I doubt you still lived in the time of Zefra or SHS EDIT: ofc pure deck has brick I'm not deny it, but I saw many hybrid decks which are died by bricks more often than pure one lmao That is what the situation caused if you think hybrid is always better even not thinking how the synergy it really does at all.
What do you consider pure? As an Exosister that is *forced* to play pure (having non Exosister monsters on the field turns off Martha and Returnia) I do pretty well being stuck in Master every season
@@FrostReave I think the decks playing with the playstyle of the archtype is pure. With many players' experiment and practice, they found the usable playstyle and for it they add many generic cards to support. It still can be pure, it didn't deviate from their playstyle.
A light breakdown of this video as a whole. I'm not gonna assume rank either. First Match - Went First with 5 interruptions against branded with a 4 card combo. Branded player had every out imaginable and didn't do any of the correct plays. Second Match - Went First with 2 Interruptions against Weather Painter with a 3 card combo. Seeing weather painter at all is already interesting. L skill drain though. Ursactic deck struggled against weather painter. Third Match - Went Second while their opponent had 1 imperm set and max c. Couldn't OTK or rather was scared to try. Floo deck. Could have killed turn 4 without getting NIBBED but decided not to for whatever reason. Fourth Match - As a Sword Soul player I am severely disappointed at the decisions made here. Went First with 2 interruptions against Sword Soul with a 3 card combo. Sword Player did EVERYTHING POSSIBLE WRONG while having maxx c. White Whale? What am I looking at. Fifth Match - Went First with 3 interruptions against I don't know what that deck was with a 2 card combo. Assuming it was a combo deck meant for going first they already lost. Last Match - Went First with 1 interruption against branded. Again another branded player that had the out to everything on your field and didn't read cards correctly. From what I've gathered with this video is a couple things. - The players you played against do not read cards. - The players you played against have no knowledge of what Ursactic does(I don't blame them) - Ursactic is easy to out - Ursactic requires at least 3-4 cards in starting hand to really make a solid board - You prioritize showing off one specific combo you learned with the deck rather than try to optimize for going first and second. - You are heavily reliant on Therion or Diabellestar for your version of the deck. The deck you are running is not viable at all. I would consider it a fun deck. I play Dragonmaids so I know fun decks when I see them. However, that doesn't change the fact that the deck we both play are bad. They have decent pieces that fit well into creative decks but they archetype as a whole is bad. Calling it a failed archetype is a little much and I disagree. It could be a lot worse. Any player with a good understanding of their own deck, can read cards, and even any tier 2 or higher deck, is putting Smokey the space bear on a T-shirt. Both Branded Players and the Sword Soul player should have without a doubt ran through you like tissue paper after taco bell. New support helps you but it's not gonna make your deck tier 2. Keep having fun with the deck and ignore others opinions about whether or not you should play it. They are objectively right saying it's bad. If you really want to make it a decent deck, put drytron with them. They were tailor made for each other and drytron is a solid archetype by itself.

Which are both engine pieces he just stuck in there. They worked for him right? Don't let your own limitations deter others from experimenting. Is it going to be viable? More than likely no. But are they going to have fun when they are able to pull of their combo? Yes. That IMO is the point of yugioh. Getting that sweet combo you've been practicing and labbing hours.

They wanted drytron and ursactic to be related but until the newest card is out, combining is unplayable. Nu is still missing.
