If you change the milk for dairy free milk it's an easy vegan meal! Also, I recommend adding nuts to the mushroom filling to make it more nutritious and so you have a variety of texture. Instead of cheese, you can use vegan cheese and/or nutritional east.

My mum stuffed manicotti with a mixture of 3 cheeses, herbs and breadcrumbs; marina sauce big salad not a challenge. Oddly enough I never liked lasagna in any form - everyone's got some weird aversion -- this is great, go figure.
This is a different type of cannelloni other than the traditional spinach and ricotta and for someone who loves mushrooms and cannelloni, I got to try this out.

You should not scrub with the whisk in a teflonpan. Because small teflon particles will land in your meal.
