Made this with spinach and thinly sliced turnips as the bottom layer, and also added smoked paprika in the mushroom mix. Turned out to be a gorgeous dish

You should not scrub with the whisk in a teflonpan. Because small teflon particles will land in your meal.
I have a whisk with a silicone layer for this reason.

FYI. Olive oil is one the healthiest oil aside from pure coconut oil which is no. #1. According to research these oils doesn’t much change components even on high heat.

Any idea what greens those might be? Spinach? Chards?
It looks like chard but it doesn't have to be. You could use young mustard or even turnip greens. I can imagine using spinach, or radish too. Use what you have on hand and prep as needed.

Add some rehydrated porcini mushrooms to that mix, and the water used to rehydrate the mushrooms into the sauce for extra extra umami! Can't wait to try this one!
I've got dried cremini -- yes brilliant idea! These videos for someone like me who works from home has an established social network but appreciates the community that is created by videos like this are much appreciated.
Even easier: take your dried mushrooms, blitz them in a coffee grinder until a fine powder. You can then add immediately to ANY dish you want, and it will meld with any liquid in the recipe. Umami made easy.

If you change the milk for dairy free milk it's an easy vegan meal! Also, I recommend adding nuts to the mushroom filling to make it more nutritious and so you have a variety of texture. Instead of cheese, you can use vegan cheese and/or nutritional east.
I made this with lasagna plates instead of the cannelloni! Was delicious 😋

I love Jamie among the other famous chefs. He’s not just a “chef” he is socially relevant person he thinks outside the box and contributed a lot as far as healthy food is concerned. His cooking is healthy, simple and delicious. I was inspired by his organic garden which I have now...keep- up the wonderful deed! Thank you for sharing your God given talents.

I made this a few weeks ago and it was fantastic. The recipe in the book (7 ways) is different as it doesn't include the cooked green leaves on the bottom of the tray.

Tried this came out delicious. I would suggest not putting the spinach at the bottom because mine got all stuck.
Just made the filling but I added tons of fresh thyme 4 fresh red chilli and a can of anchovies. The flavours are mouthwatering. Will buy the greens tomorrow and finish your lovely recipe Jamie. Jaimie Oliver has always been high octane; I know we get used to personal vloggers sharing their lives; you're not going to get emoticon hearts either. Up to you. I truly think he is doing his best. He was incredibly young when celebrity chefs and the Cooking Channel and memories of Julia Child informed how you made videos about food; he has a foot in both camps. Valid response however; I accept the distance, up to you. Tx for observation.
