You’re welcome Carol 😊 I enjoy checking them out to make sure they are correct for you all at home. Hopefully this is helpful 🤗 thank you so much for watching my video, I really appreciate it xx
Thanks Denise! I went to Food Warehouse last weekend and got some of the new SW meals. Love love love the Mac n Cheese but favourite is still Hunters Chicken. Going back tomorrow while the 3 for £10/10% off deal is on to load up the freezer. By the way, I was surprised when you said the macaroon was just pure sugar coated in chocolate and coconut. Did you know that Scottish macaroon is generally made with mashed potatoes and sweetened with icing sugar??? Not that it makes it any healthier 😂 Great haul. Enjoy! x
Hi Karen, I’m glad you love the Mac n Cheese. I haven’t tried the SW frozen hunters chicken, but I have made my own SW version before and it was lovely. Love the rich sauce 🥰. I enjoyed what I had of my macaroon and tablet. Yummy! Thank you for watching X
Hi Roe, thank you so much 😊 Glad to hear you enjoyed watching! The meals are a cost saving, space saver and time saver. Work out at £3.33 per meal which is about $4.25. Thanks for watching! 🥰 xx
Hi Sue, thank you! I hope you enjoyed the video? It was a lot to go through but hopefully helpful too. That is a shame that you are disappointed with maintaining, but it is a positive. It shows that you’ve been able to not gain, which is absolutely fantastic in itself. Try not to dwell on it, make your Sunday an active one and start the week strong! You’ve got this 🥰❤️ xx
That was a lot to get through Denise 🤣🤣well done on a lovely presentation along with the information. I do miss M&S (50 mile round trip ) my friend and I are going to have a trip at some point.Hope you got on well today. I lost 1/2 pound, I was hoping for 1 but cannot complain and just under my target now. (Don't think the bag of mini eggs helped) 🤣🤣xx
Hi Kim! It was a lot to get through, I hope it was helpful! Wow, that is a really far trip to visit M&S. I will film my weigh in later today 😊 I’m pleased to hear that you lost half a pound! That is still fantastic. I may look into doing an SP day or two as haven’t actively tried to do it before to see if I can boost my losses a bit. I hope you enjoyed the mini eggs ❤️ xx
@@ScottishFoodieLassie Thank you Denise, I do SP occasionally and it really does help, you have done so well since joining SW but you are so much lighter than you were and maybe your body does not need quite as many calories as it used too, I hope that doesn't sound rude, but it happened to me. I do know that if I ate 2000 calories a day (maintenance according to the NHS) I would put weight on. I do not know why but I can only guess my body isn't used to taking in as many calories as it used too. I do struggle with my eating though sadly and more so since my op. If you do not want to do SP you could try a few days of eating less carbs and having more speed, that way you are not depriving yourself. The other way might be to only have one HeA choice. I am honestly not trying to tell you what to do but just maybe suggest a couple of things if you haven't tried them already.I do eat off a smaller plate too which can sometimes help x The joys of living in the Norfolk countryside mean M&S is soooooo far away 😔whereas Waitrose is only 6 miles away but it isn't a patch on M&S sadly xx
Hi Pauline, this will last us about a week and a half or slightly more. Depending upon what we make and what we already have at home to make the food go further 😊 x
@@ScottishFoodieLassie I would rather spend a bit more on quality food. I never minded spending 6 pounds on Ben n Jerry's , why shouldn't I buy nice healthy food ❤️
Hi Jane, no it hasn’t broken. We have a new light which is great but we did have to have the camera further away as I had a table in front of me to show you all of the products. We are in the midst of a home renovation too, so in time, lighting will change for the better 😊 our aim is ceiling spot lights as we do not have these in the kitchen just now. Sorry the light wasn’t what you expected. Half a pound loss is still excellent! Well done on losing, especially on a tough week. This week has been a bit tough for me too. Weigh in tomorrow 😊 x
Thank you for all your hard work telling us the syn values xx

I went back to the check the packaging of the macaroon that I bought. There is no potato in this version 😂 just sugar and glucose lol x
I could eat that twin pack of M&S berries in one go! I just ate a whole mango, a kiwi, some grapes and pomegranate as an afternoon snack.
Sounds delicious, I hope you enjoyed 😊.
Hi Denise! Loved your haul 🎉❤! Very nice healthy meals & foods. A nice mix of SW meals too. They come in handy I'm sure! Xx ❤

Good evening 🤗 thank you so much, I hope it was helpful to you? Have a lovely relaxed Sunday when it comes ❤️
Thats how much we spend on a big shop plus twice a week we spend 40 on top ups but thats a family of 5 ❤
We just have the two of us to feed but also buy extra stuff for my step son who is with us a few days a week but he generally will have what we have x
How long will this huge shop last you and hubby?
Hi Pauline, this will last us about a week and a half or slightly more. Depending upon what we make and what we already have at home to make the food go further 😊 x
