I've watched dozens of videos about giving up alcohol and this one -in my opinion - is by far the best. Alcohol gives the illusion of freedom while leading to dependence and slavery. It was about succumbing to fear and running away from problems. Sobriety is about confronting and overcoming them. Thank you so much Alex.

Steffon Barkload's Quit Drinking Forever, that’s the best shortcut I go’ogled that took less than a week to work without suffering withdrawal.
