Love what you two are doing, I was stationed at ARAXOS, GREECE, which was a very long time ago in 1966, I was assigned there in the U.S. Air Force on a Greek Base. It is now the Patras National Airporte, from watching your travels, Many things have changed, and for the better, it looks like, I was just 21 when I was there, and I just passed being 79 years young, oh and I did make the Military a 20 year career. Thanks for your visits in the past.

Crikey, any idea what the problem is with the engine , what’s causing the overheating?. Your both pretty resilient, hope all ends well.

Thanks. It turned into a bit of drama with night approaching and the wind building. Needless to say we got in safely and we have resolved the issue now, but we will have all this in the next episode.

Hello Helios from the west coast of Canada. Just discovered your channel and you re doing great. After a few years of shopping, my wife and I are ready to buy our next sailboat. I think I have narrowed it down to a Jeanneau 410. I want to take possession of it on the Med. Sail the med for a few years and then sail it home slowly via bahamas caribbean etc. My question is "if you were to go thru the buying process again, would you buy a J 410? We are more likely to buy a used one. Thanks in advance.

So glad you are enjoying the videos. Short is yes we would buy it again. We love the boat. It is nice and light below so you fell ok about spending the whole day down there. At anchor it is a great platform because of the large cockpit and swim platform and a table that is functional without needing to lift up the sides. The walk around decks make it very comfortable to more around the boat. Best of all it sails really well and fast and is really light on the helm. The ergonomics in the boat are superb most of which you don’t even realise because it works so well. E.g the shower wall allows you to brace yourself to lean over the sink. It sounds like a small thing but they all add up to your comfort on board. Good luck with finding your 410

Yes. We are looking at this. Other channels have similar benefits at the levels. What is it that you would value the most?

@@sailinghelios2023 Well to see uncesored content. This is the way other channels go obviously.
