42” Unknown Hugger Ceiling Fan

Heres the only other fan that was in that old lady’s trailer, the same trailer as the one i installed the craftmade piccolo trailer. If someone can tell me the name of this fan that’d be appreciated! Its got some real cool spotlights on it, enjoy!
