Evinrude 25HP Outboard Rebuild (Part 4) : The Carb and Starter.

Were back at the engine rebuild attempt and progressing along. We do need to speed this up as we are weeks away from the big melt!! lol. In this episode we focus on the carb and starter and get them cleaned off and installed in back onto the motor. As always we are winging this and any comments and info is encouraged! lol

There's a jet in the center flat head you need to remove to clean your high speed flow.
Your low speed you can use a set of welding tip cleaner or a thin peace of wire

Won't be for a while. It's sitting buried in the basement. Have no boat to put it on. My other boat has a 115 and that for sure cant go on my sea doo. Maybe I can go nuts and mount it on the canoe. Hmmmm.... I like that idea. Lol

What size is the starter bracket bolts ? Thread type ?

Sorry outdoor season started and I left the motor downstairs. I'll be getting at it soon. I need to confirm the starter next but should start by cord as is.
